The tubs could be cleaned a little better
The front desk employee was completely professional.
1. No mention of 100 incidental that takes DAYS to get back.
2. Tv remote batteries dead.
3. Shower floor so slippery, I fell.
4. Shampoo broke right off shower wall.
5. Conditioner empty

7. Snack machine broken. Only accepts cash.
8. Sink took forever to drain.
9. Breakfast time was crossed off at 6 moved to 7. Messes up driving plan while traveling.

The floor in our room was dirty.
Pool was down which wasnt posted on website. Ice machine didn't work on our floor. Continental breakfast was extremely lacking. Front desk associate had no people skills and couldn't find my online reservation at check-in plus i was overcharged and took several conversations to get "fixed" which was never handled properly. Had a mouse trap behind refrigerator in room which was concerning and over-all very out of date and the wifi didn't work. Awful experience and will never stay again.
Customer service was horrible I was asked about having a pet in which I told them yes and once I told them it was a cat they said:"you're joking right". No professionalism at all from the front desk. Not only that when you book it specify that it's pet friendly. At that point just put dog friendly and that will be explained.
The receptionist was pleasant,and courtious.The room had plenty of space,was clean even though they allow dogs,everything worked,and the breakfast was descent.

Good location and price was good.
It needs updating very badly. Housekeeping needs to do better. Mold and dirt under lip ridge of shower. Pool was ice cold. Breakfast wasn't very good.either.
Location was good, my room wasn’t terrible however we stayed with a large group and others rooms were far worse. Overall my stay was fine for the price. The cleaning personnel were friendly but far behind schedule.
This hotel is in desperate need of a renovation. The walls were pretty dirty and the bathroom needs significant cosmetic repair.

It was quiet. Clean and comfortable although room ac didn’t allow for the fan to run continuously. Sleeping in a hotel with fan constantly on adds a level of good sleep and comfort
Not able to keep fan running all time, also breakfast bar had no meat offerings
