Pros:

Breakfast was GREAT for a continental one. Kids loved it! We were able to do early check in by calling ahead. Staff just recently bought the facility and are making great changes to it!

Cons:

The chair in the room. You sit in it and its like your Abraham Lincoln. You sink and your arms stay high.

I wish the rooms or some of the rooms had a recliner. Since surgery I can't lay in bed comfortably. This prevents us from traveling a lot.

Excellent, will return again for sure
Pros:

I’ve stayed here many times, and it is consistently clean, neat and well-kept. During this stay, one wing was closed for renovations to the restrooms in guest rooms. I can’t wait until the next visit to see the results of their work!

The breakfast was good. The room was cozy.

Cons:

The bathroom definitely needed a deep clean. And surfaces in the main room could have been wiped down better. And the side table lamp wouldn't turn on.

We will not return to this hotel.

Location was great.

Cons:

We were confirmed for a king bed with a pull out couch. I called the hotel to confirm a few days prior but when we arrived, we were given a king bed with a chair. The front desk said that we could not be given another room or a discount due to using booking.com I asked for a cot and they only had cribs. She didn't even offer extra pillows/blankets. My 14 year old had to sleep on the floor. Thank Goodness there was an extra blanket on the bed and we brought our own pillows. The next morning, there was one table available at breakfast and it was disgusting. A hotel worker walked into the room, clearly noticed how dirty the table was that I was standing at and walked away. We left and went to McDonalds. Before leaving on Sunday, I was the only one to shower because the water was freezing cold. We had a great experience the year prior and I am not one to complain but we will find a new hotel for our stay next year.

Pros:
