Reception is open Monday through Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. On Sundays and public holidays, it is open from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Cleaning is done once a week.

Das Hotel überzeugt durch seine sehr gute Lage. Mein Zimmer war wie eine voll ausgestattete Wohnung eingerichtet und bot alles, was man benötigt – von Geschirr über einen Kühlschrank bis hin zur Mikrowelle. Auch die Betten waren sehr bequem.
Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, entsprach jedoch dem typisch französischen Stil ohne Gemüse.
Insgesamt ist Ihr Haus besonders für Reisende zu empfehlen, die einen längeren Urlaub planen. Zudem hat mir die Stadt sehr gut gefallen, da sie ausgesprochen schön und sauber ist.

Our stay here was great for shor stay in the Reims area.
Pros:

central location close to city center, Parking was convienient though not cheap. Access was nice

Good location but old and not well manteined place.
Pros:

The staff were wonderful—extremely polite and helpful—but the property itself was not good.

Cons:

The property looks like the photos, but about 10–15 years later and with no maintenance or care. The room is spacious and comfortable, but very old and poorly maintained. The heater didn’t work well, and the bathroom was very dark and full of spider webs. The bathroom is extremely outdated, and everything gives a dirty impression. The towels were of very poor quality.

Pratique, tarif honnête, parking.
Pros:

Emplacement central, très bien pour les concerts à l'Arena. Un parking couvert est possible pour 9 euros la nuit. Très pratique. Les équipements sont satisfaisants pour quelques jours.

Very disappointing. I booked the room, the payment was completed, but when I got there, the reception was closed, and the only number we were able to reach was a completely useless, rude person from another hotel. If you can't keep the reception open 24/7, don't offer rooms outside reception hours, or provide a box for people to pick up keys! There is nothing complicated about it!

Séjour très agréable, parfait pour assister à un concert à l’arena de Reims.
Pros:

La grandeur de l’apartement, la literie, le fait de pivoir se faire à manger, la proximité de l’accor arena, la propreté, l’amabilité et l’efficacité du personnel d’accueil.

Cons:

La salle dubpetit dejeuner, trop petite. Les cereales et fruits secs à rajouter au petit dej.
Les tables et chaises se touchaient, qua d les personnes arrivaient nous étions les uns sur les autres.

Séjour agréable malgré quelques petites lacunes.

la taille de l'hébergement

Cons:

Il n'y avait pas de bol pour le petit déjeuner.
les draps et l'alèse étaient trop petits et ne couvraient pas entièrement le matelas ! ( impossible de le border)
Il y avait des tâches sur le parquet et il manquait un morceau de la planche sur le côté de la baignoire.
