Tutto a posto.
Pros:

Comoda, pulita, ben organizzata

Cons:

Abbiamo avuto molta difficoltà a contattare la struttura prima del nostro arrivo per avvertire del nostro ritardo. Oltre 15 telefonate a vuoto con l’operatore dell’hotel che rispondeva e riattaccava.
Poi finalmente é arrivata una mail che ha spiegato le modalità d’ingresso fuori orario.
Il giorno tutti gli operatori erano gentilissimi. Non so cosa gli sia preso all’operatore del giorno prima.

Pros:

L'appartement situé au 5ème étage est accessible par ascenseur. Il est clair, calme, bien équipé, et pas trop loin du centre ville. Nous avons visité un grande partie de Reims à pied. Il y a un grand parking privé payant (9 €/ jour) en sous-sol. En sortant du parking à gauche la rue mène à un parc public où promener son chien . ( 9€ /jour pour le séjour du chien à la l'établissement) . Gare aussi au bout de la rue à gauche. De l'autre côté du parc commence le quartier animé de Reims, avec de nombreux restaurants et petits commerces dont une supermarché.

Cons:

J'avais demandé "rez-de-chaussée" pour ma chienne mais notre appartement était au 5ème étage heureusement avec ascenseur! Une découverte pour elle qui a adoré se regarder dans la glace...

Hôtel convenable et bien situé
Pros:

Proximité avec le centre ville. Présence d'un parking sous-terrain accessible depuis l'ascenseur (9€/nuit). Chambres spacieuses et bien agencées.

Cons:

Quelques négligences sur l'entretien : Chaises bancales (vis mal serrées), luminaire de guingois, absence de silicone au pied du wc, traces sur les murs...

Parkeergarage onder het hotel.
Dicht bij het centrum.

Cons:

Slechte matras, hing geen sfeer in de hele ruimte en de bank om te zitten was heel zacht. Eens maar nooit meer.

Very dirty, not worth the low price
Pros:

Location was good, walking distance to the city center (15min).
Low price but not worth it. We even left a day earlier due to the bad status and dirt. Would not repeat!

Cons:

It was so dirty… The walls were full of stains, the floor was very dirty, even sticky; the headboard of the bed was full of marks, spots and dirt. The tap of the toilet sink was literally brown, and the towel rack had mold (see pictures). The wall next to the toilet was also full of dirt stains. In general, it lacked a very intense cleaning and maintenance. I have the feeling they just cleaned the essential stuff such the bed and wc, and left the rest as it was for the previous renters.
In the night there was a lot of noise in the corridor, and we could hear the neighbours talking in the middle of the night.
Low price, but absolutely not worth it. I would not repeat. We even left a day earlier, and the guy at the reception desk did not even ask us why.

Comfortable clean room and good parking
Pros:

Comfortable clean and spacious room with handy kitchenette. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Underground parking good for the motorbike
