It was a new experience for us and would love to return
Pros:

The view was fantastic. We liked our room and the pool. The property was very clean. The house maids did a fabulous job cleaning our room

Cons:

I wish there was a good coffee shop close by.
We found the bed uncomfortable. Didn't like the plastic mattress cover...made us sweat.

Absolutely loved the view and peacefulness
Pros:

The location is absolutely beautiful. It’s quiet, relaxing, great views from our room. You definitely get a work out walking the stairs to the property or just walking to Zihua. We would definitely come back
Paulina and the staff are really friendly and helpful

Cons:

The only thing we didn’t like was the price was a bit high

Pros:

El hotel se veía desde casi cualquier punto sobre la playa. El recibo y la gente que te atiende es muy amable y servicial.

Cons:

En general todo bien, pero como había poca gente hospedada, mantenían las luces apagadas de la alberca, es comprensible hasta cierto punto ya que si son varios los pasillos que tienen escaleras.

Tranquillité entouré d’un jardin et d’une vue magnifique sur la baie
Pros:

L’hôtel est vraiment tranquille, pas de musique, pas de traffic, c’est ce que j’ai apprécié le plus. L’appartement est vieux et démodé mais vraiment propre. La climatisation dans les chambres est un gros plus. La piscine est agréable malgré sa petite taille. La vue sur la baie est spectaculaire matin et soir. Gabi est vraiment gentille, dévouée et professionnelle. Elle m’a si bien accueilli.

Cons:

J’ai loué l’appartement 12. Il serait plus que temps de changer l’ameublement qui est totalement défraîchi. Le matelas mou de la grande chambre est recouvert d’une toile en plastique, le lit n’est pas confortable selon moi, les vieux oreillers non plus. Le long sofa banquette dans le salon est démodé, rapiécié et taché. Les rideaux du salon sont en parti décrochés. Les verres sont en plastique. Dommage parce que c’est un très bel appartement et un hôtel accueillant.

La vista lejana a la playa y que cuenta con alberca

Cons:

No coincidió las fotos del alojamiento con la realidad, prácticamente me dieron el cuarto de servicio de los trabajadores del hotel, que esta al lado de la alberca.
Desde el primer día se escuchaba horrible el refrigerador ubicado al lado de la cama y no dejo dormir. Encima de todo no funcionaba el refrigerador.
Al segundo dia no funciono el aire acondicionado, empezó a tirar agua como cascada a la media noche y me tuve que parar a limpiar y secar toda el agua tirada.
Fue una semana completa de tener unas instalaciones muy desagradables.
