We love it there so much. I hope we can keep coming. The cost seems to be rising quickly.
Pros:

The Staff is wonderful, beautiful view as always, (we have stayed at Villas El Morro before) pool time is always great. Easy access to transportation. Good food within easy walking distance.

Cons:

The bathroom was often a bit smelly from the drains, one burner did not work on the hot plate/stove top. Unfortunately it is starting to get expensive to stay there.

Fabulous views, spotlessly clean.
Pros:

I stayed here a number of years ago and loved it. I wanted to come back but it was so expensive for my particular dates ( peak season) that I could only afford one night before moving to a cheaper place in town. The views are what make it special. Plus it is absolutely spotless. The two cleaners do a fabulous job. The pool is amazing, but for my stay there was a particularly noisy kid so it was difficult to get any peaceful pool time.

Cons:

There was no one there to check me in. I suppose everyone needs a day off, but I had to wait for the cleaning ladies to come down and check me in. Then it was a struggle up the stairs with my bags. I was given a room on the lowest level which was a shame, but at least it meant fewer stairs to carry the bags. It is absolutely imperative to request a room on a higher level. The lowest level is too close to the noise of the pool. It didn't feel at all private on my balcony and you are right there on top of the pool. I paid to upgrade to the next level room ( master suite). I don't know if this was really necessary. The most important thing is not to be on floor 1 - definitely ask for a higher level room. Maybe they should try and allocate the lower level to families as they won't mind the noise of others.

Pros:

Spacious, amazing view, floor to ceiling windows, balcony, short walk to town if you can manage 170 stairs down or easy bus ride, comfy bed, new induction stovetop, daily housekeeping, 3 ceiling fans and air conditioner in bedroom kept unit relatively comfortable despite the heat, supplied drinking water

Cons:

Whole unit was dated, microwave was sketchy, no dresser drawers in bedroom, lampshades falling apart, bare minimum cooking supplies, no kitchen counter space

It was a new experience for us and would love to return
Pros:

The view was fantastic. We liked our room and the pool. The property was very clean. The house maids did a fabulous job cleaning our room

Cons:

I wish there was a good coffee shop close by.
We found the bed uncomfortable. Didn't like the plastic mattress cover...made us sweat.

Absolutely loved the view and peacefulness
Pros:

The location is absolutely beautiful. It’s quiet, relaxing, great views from our room. You definitely get a work out walking the stairs to the property or just walking to Zihua. We would definitely come back
