Great staff, warm welcome. Room spotless & everything you found need. Only there 1 night, wish I could have stayed longer.

Very disappointing experience
Before arriving, I had already sent a message asking for a nice room, since I was traveling with my son and we planned to spend most of our time resting inside.
Unfortunately, we ended up with what honestly felt like the worst room. The view was very depressing, facing an old, rundown building, which completely ruined the mood for us.
What I don’t understand is that I had clearly mentioned my request in advance, but it seems like it was completely ignored.
To be honest, I recently stayed at a 2-star hotel in Barcelona (Hotel Omnium), and even there the cleanliness and staff attitude were noticeably better than what we experienced here.
On top of that, the service was extremely poor. I asked for a glass of hot water, had to call three times, and only received it after almost an hour.
Overall, really disappointing, and not something I would recommend
Room is super comfortable, very spacious, immaculately clean, and very quiet. Location is perfect, in a really nice neighborhood right next to the metro.
Internet in the room was super slow the whole time. A hanger for a coats in the entrance would be nice. The shower has a glass window that doesn’t cover enough of the splash, so water fills up in a puddle next to the toilet.
