I was recently at the Superior Hotel, and I have to say it was an absolutely terrible experience. The manager, Angelo, along with several members of staff, were extremely rude, unprofessional, and downright disrespectful. Their attitude towards guests is appalling, and the lack of basic courtesy and customer service is shocking.
Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that the company immediately sack Angelo if they care at all about their reputation. No one should ever be treated the way I and others were treated there. If you want to be disrespected, discriminated against, and made to feel uncomfortable, then by all means, go there — but if you value being treated with decency and professionalism, please avoid this place at all costs.
DO NOT BOOK A ROOM at the Superior Hotel.

I was not allowed to stay as the hotel is no longer functioning I had to book in somewhere else in want a full refund
Honestly I hate it when I have to come back home to superior hotel the Internet in the hallway of 313-321 is terrible and that needs to be fixed but thankfully the beds are comfortably enough but most things in the rooms are falling apart like it's very cheap material that als9 needs a resolution

Absolutely appalled by this so called hotel. Definitely not suitable for 2 female pensioners. Couldn't possibly stay there. Wasn't safe. I was emailed to say getting fully refunded. Still waiting for money. Do not book to stay there. Spoke to area manager angelo cutrera who promised to look into it.
Have since sent 2 messages. Left 2 voice mail messages and sent 2 e.mails and just been ignored. Very unprofessional
