Layout of the dining area is not good, queueing for breakfast was difficult as the space is tight - but the food was still very good,

Very friendly staff. Hotel could do with a bit of modernising especially guest bathrooms.
Pros:

Convenient for the theatre. Very nice staff.

Cons:

Very basic bedrooms lots of noises about disturbing sleep. Bathrooms are now dated. Walk in showers preferred.

Beautiful hotel, really nice staff, nice restaurant

Cons:

The only negatives was that once you turned the shower up very hot it wouldn’t cool down. And it would have been nice if the restaurant lunch times aligned with checkout. But otherwise, amazing stay, would recommend

great hotel but like a lot of others now they ask extra for breakfast
Pros:

great staff on reception. my wife had a disabled badge and the girl on reception asked if we needed a room with a walk in shower or any other help

breakfast was extra if u wanted it
