Pros:

Breakfast was self serving buffet with a vast variety of foods to choose from.
The rooms were clean and modern.
The staff where very friendly and helpful

Cons:

There wasn’t much to not like about the hotel.
It had a great location and great staff

Pros:

Lovely location! Handy and close to shops. Great for a walk close to the stream/pond behind the hotel.
Ironing board and iron in the room too.

There was drinking water tap outside the main corridor of each floor. There was a jar in the room that you needed to fill up with the provided taps yourself.

Cons:

Staff in the restaurant (chefs crew @breakfast) could do well with some customer-service raining !

The layout with parking and rooms and lobby and reception can be a bit confusing .

A mini fridge could be useful.
