Pros:

Tout était parfait de l’accueil au Check out. A noter la gentillesse du personnel,les repas du restaurant étaient très bons avec du choix.

The staff all the staff especially the restaurant staff and Victoria who has excellent people skill and interaction while caring for the guests

Excellent hotel and would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Hotel and car park was easy to get to. Reception staff were lovely and very helpful with queries and booking dinner reservations. Bar and restaurant staff were friendly. Hotel is very central to the town. Would definitely stay again.

Pros:

The staff very nice . well looked after well by the restaurant staff for dinner and breakfast.

Cons:

noise on road outside bedroom , could hear every car that past, especially the boy racers. did not sleep. If you want to get no sleep request room 203 . front of hotel looking on to busy road.

Breakfast was delicious. However, it had muesli on the cereal buffet which wasn't marked as containing peanuts, and I was travelling with someone with a peanut allergy.

We went to a concert in TF Royal theatre, it was the ideal hotel situated right next to it
