The location is next to the airport, which was good for our purposes. Even so, the noise control is good -- only on occasion was the airplane noise objectionable. The check-in staff was able to get me a room prior to official 'check-in' time. The bill was accurate. The room was clean, comfortable, and had working amenities. Wifi is good.
The breakfast was good, but took a long while and part of the order was missing and had to be redone. Also, I chose a reservation that included breakfast, verified this at checkout, but this information did not get to the restaurant. As a result, I had to go back to check-in and get this fixed.
We held a last-minute week-long workshop, and Bob Roberts supported us throughout the entire experience, not only in preparation before the session but also during the session itself. Bob was quick on his feet and helped us through all our requests instantly and successfully. We had SUCH a productive week. We will definitely continue hosting our workshops/conferences here. Thank you so much!
Bob Roberts was excellent to work with and was able to accommodate my Team for a Training with little notice and was more receptive to my needs than any other property in the area by far!

I checked into this property at approximately 4:30 a.m. on Monday, January 26, 2026, after experiencing significant air travel delays. I had two reservations, and the front desk clerk initially combined them as a courtesy so I would not need to check out at 11:00 a.m. However, the second reservation carried a lower rate. After I provided verification, the clerk corrected the charges, but within 30 minutes the charges were reverted back. Despite clear documentation, the interaction felt unnecessarily argumentative. The issue was finally resolved on the third attempt after I sent an email.
During my stay, I attempted to place a food order, but no food service was available until after 5:00 p.m. Additionally, the coffee provided in the lobby was extremely weak and appeared more like tea.
The room itself was acceptable; however, the bathtub appeared unclean, and one towel seemed to have been removed from service due to noticeable discoloration.

This location is great! Texas has an ice storm annually and, we put our essential staff in a local hotel. We have tried a few others in the past and the Courtyard by Marriott Austin Airport is the BEST! The front desk staff are professional, compassionate, and ever so helpful. I personally called them at least 20 times over the weekend with additional reservations, adding extra nights to already scheduled guests and requesting late checkout for our night staff, the accommodated all of them. I have heard how great they treated our staff and cannot say how much we appreciate each of them.
I booked this hotel because breakfast was included per the web site - only to find out that break fast was an $18.00 per person extra charge. I will not stay in a Marriott property ever again. That is bait and switch

I decided to park here and take the shuttle to the airport for Las Vegas. On our flight back it was pouring down rain so we proceeded to stand under the covered area at the arrival drop off, the driver literally pulled up honked his horn 3 times and proceeded to leave the drop off area…… ok we then had to wait another 45 minutes for the driver to return with a nasty attitude like we was inconveniencing him and proceeded to tell us maybe next time it might be smart for us to actually spend some money and not be cheap and take an uber back to the hotel. In a response I responded “it’s that what you get paid for?” And his response was “ hey hey we are just gonna leave it at that because I can put you out right here and let you find another ride back” crazy work from an hotel driver.
