Beautiful hotel. Very clean. We did not receive any service to the room and I wasn’t sure why as we did not leave anything on the door knob. The parking was terribly expensive however it is valet which is good for that area. And breakfast is $22. The area is just unsafe. It’s worse than the last time I went to Austin. The hotel just happens to be located there. All other parking places were just as expensive. 55-60 a day.

Everything was excellent....Breakfast was absolutely amazing. Everyone....all the staff....from checking in to the maids, wait staff and more....were top notch. I will definitely stay here again and will recommend it to friends and family.

Stayed 2 nights. Our room was not cleaned after the first night. We had no clean towels. I phoned service and asked to have towels brought up. After an hour I phoned again. The woman I spoke with told me that it would be quicker if I went to the front desk and picked them up.

Excellent accommodations! Clean hotel with friendly staff. Location is walkable to Congress Ave Bridge, Lady Lake and Rainey Street Historic District. I would return to stay here on my next Austin trip.

The property was a perfect location for my quick stop to see a show at ACL live. Friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet. Walkable to the show, shopping and lots of restaurants and night life. Definitely will come back.

Not the best stay
Pros:

Impossible to get in touch with the desk, broken phone in room so you can’t call down and the phone number provided doesn’t work. Not regular cleaning, expensive parking. Overall it was decent but the lack of ability to ask questions was beyond frustrating. Also a somewhat sketchy area
