Location and friendly staff

Cons:

They did not advise about the remodeling that the lobby was going thru and that my phone in the room wasnt working and they werent able to fix it. They should also dust behind the tv’s there is a lot of dust

La habitación no tenía ventilación se sentía la habitación con humedad. Tenía aire acondicionado pero no abría la ventana. Y se escuchaba el ruido del baño de la habitación contigua incluso a veces cuando hablaban

Gran ubicación y comodidad en CDMX
Pros:

Sin duda la ubicación es maravillosa con facilidad acceso a zonas turísticas y facilidades de movilidad a otros sectores, fue muy sencillo hacer el check in y el check out, cuando nos contactamos previamente para acordar el horario de ingreso aceptaron todas nuestras peticiones y aclararon todas nuestras dudas, volveríamos a este hotel con seguridad

Cons:

Para nuestro gusto personal como Colombianos la comida no fue de nuestro agrado ya que probamos el desayuno y era picante, pero es algo que hubiéramos podido solicitar de antemano y olvidamos hacerlo

Buena ubicación, las instalaciones pueden mejorar

Muy buena ubicación, principalmente por la zona y el acceso al metro

Cons:

Las instalaciones están descuidadas. El grifo goteaba, hubo derrame de agua por el aire acondicionado, las camas no eran tan cómodas, se escuchaba ruido del pasillo y de la tubería en la noche.

Cons:

Cuando llegué después de 13 hs de vuelo entre a ducharme y salía más agua por debajo que por la ducha. Tuve que volver a guardar mis cosas y cambiarme de habitación. Las habitaciones muy oscuras y antiguas. Se nota la falta de mantenimiento. No son como pone en las fotos. El personal poco atento. Y ahora que puse este comentario el hotel me responde con amabilidad. No vuelvo ni loca y a toda persona que sepa que viaja a CDMX me encargaré de remarcarle que no vaya a este hotel!

Personal amable y buena ubicación
Pros:

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, cerca del Angel y cerca de las estaciones del metro, es mi tercera vez hospedando me en este hotel, el personal de recepción y botones muy amables

Cons:

Las sabanas olian un poco a humedad, y pude ver que no me cambiaron las sabanas en los 3 dias que estuve, solo acomodaban las sabanas, me parece algo no muy agradable.
