Location was great.
Our stay was disappointing. The toilet in our first room leaked from the base every time it was flushed. The front desk initially told us to pack our belongings and come back for a new room key, but after we had packed everything, the same employee said maintenance had to try fixing it first because changing rooms was "more work for housekeeping." She didn’t ask us if we had contacted maintenance. However, we made it clear that we were reporting for first time. She wanted us to go back to our room, have maintenance attempt to fix it and if it didn’t work, pack our things again and then ask for a new room. There was toilet water all over the floor by the way. Thankfully, another employee stepped in and moved us to a new room.
The next day, the A/C in our new room leaked from the ceiling. Housekeeping told us to notify the front desk immediately, which we did. When we returned that afternoon, we learned there was no record of our report, so maintenance had never been notified. We came back to a soaked towel that house keeping had put on the floor as quick fix and water still leaking before it was finally repaired.
Overall, this felt more like a 2-star hotel. The lack of communication and poor handling of maintenance issues would keep me from staying here again, except maybe for a one-night stay.

La ubicación, está muy cerca del Ángel de la Indepencedcia, la zona en general me pareció segura y cerca de muchos comercios.
Había una fuga en el baño (no lo noté hasta el último día y por eso ya no nos quejamos, pensabamos que eramos nostras las que mojabamos el piso al bañarnos, quizá de haberlo notado antes y avisarlo lo hubieran podido resolver) y la base de mi cama rechinaba un poco.

La regadera a nuestro parecer esta un poquito mal diseñada, se le sale mucho el agua.
El personal muy atento y la excelente ubicación
Las instalaciones se sienten un poco desgastadas. El cuarto donde me quedé una llave del lavamanos goteaba y el a/a no tenía una temperatura media.
La ubicación está increíble porque es en la zona rosa y está super cerca del ángel de la independencia, además de que tiene farmacias, mini supers, restaurantes y clubes nocturnos a unos metros. Tenían netflix, prime, disney+ y un montón de opciones de streaming. Limpian diario, dejan botellas de agua y el cuarto está muy bien.
Hubo dos cositas que hicieron mi estancia menos agradable: la primera es que, por alguna razón que aun no comprendo, la habitación tenía bastantes hormigas que iban y venían desde la ventana (un cuarto piso, hab 411). Lo peor es que se subían a la mesita de noche y hasta a la cama! Por más que las mataba, seguían apareciendo más y más (adjunto fotos).
La segunda cosa fue que, una noche a la 1 am se fue la señal de Internet y no regresó hasta las 5 am, fue muy extraño porque en ningun celular servía y tampoco en la televisión. Pregunté al día siguiente en recepción si tenían algún horario para el uso del Internet y me dijeron que no, pero que a veces fallaba la señal en los iPhone (lo que no saben es que yo usaba Android y que en la televisión tampoco funcionaba). No pude comprobarlo el resto de las noches porque me dormía antes de la 1 am.
