Muy buena estadía en general: cómoda, bien ubicada y con personal amable y atento.
Pros:

La verdad nos gustó mucho el hotel. Es cómodo, limpio y el personal es muy amable. La ubicación es buenísima, está en una zona muy comercial, con fácil acceso a transporte y cerca de varios lugares turísticos. Además, el hotel es muy lindo y nos hizo sentir seguras; siempre había gente en recepción dispuesta a ayudar y se veían muchos turistas.

Ubicación, limpieza, comodidad y que sea silencioso.

Cons:

Todo estuvo excelente, fuimos por viaje familiar y realmente la estancia en el hotel fue muy placentera, servicio de limpieza, seguridad, ubicación excelente, a 3 minutos caminando al Angel, donde puedes contratar los turibus... una sola observación en recepción son algo desatentos, un buenos días o buenas tardes y no contestaban, pero nada relevante, en el restaurant también notamos que las meseras, en especial suponemos la jefa, tenian prisa porque terminaramos pronto de desayunar, fuera de eso , todo excelente con el hotel.

Prima hotel op goede locatie
Pros:

Ik ben voor een nachtje bij dit hotel teruggekomen vanwege de goede locatie.

Cons:

De schoonmaakster kwam voor 9:00 uur al op de deur kloppen of mijn kamer schoongemaakt moest worden, terwijl ik die ochtend zou uitchecken. Ook werden de naastgelegen kamers schoongemaakt met de radio luid aan, dit vind ik niet professioneel.

Cons:

Me he hospedado en varias ocasiones en este hotel y en 2 ocasiones me tocaron habitaciones en las que se escuchaba demasiado ruido exterior.

Pros:

A localização é muito boa, bem próximo ao Anjo da Independência, metrô, ônibus, lojinhas, padarias e restaurantes. O quarto é confortável e com espaço adequado. O estacionamento no hotel, apesar de limitado, foi muito útil.

Cons:

Nada em especial, mas talvez um quarto mais silencioso fosse melhor.
