Pros:

Personal im Restaurant sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück war auch sehr 👍.

Cons:

Personal Rezeption unzufriedenstellende Antworten und Unhöflichkeit. Wenn man Fragen gestellt hat, wurden diese ignoriert. Personal hat einfach untereinander weiter geplaudert.

Pros:

Chambre spacieuse. Bonne literie. Équipements de bonne qualité. Machine Nespresso dans la chambre. Petit déjeuner très bien achalandé. Calme de la rue de l’hôtel.

Cons:

Mauvaise odeur dans la chambre 209. Remontées d’égout sans doute. Manque d’aération dans les couloirs des étages.

Die Lage des Hotel ist für Stadtbesichtigungen ok. Man läuft etwa 20 Min. zur Stadt und etwa 10 Min. zur Residenz.

Cons:

Die Tiefgarage ist zu eng. Wer ein großes Auto fährt, wie einen VW Bulli oder einen großen SUV kommt hier nicht hinein. Die Einfahrt ist zu eng und die Stellplätze sind zu niedrig.

Gut mit kleinen Abzügen ….;-)
Pros:

Das Hotel war gut gelegen. Das Personal war bemüht, aber es war hier und da etwas holperig.
Die Zimmer waren klein, aber völlig ausreichend für einen Städtetrip.
Aufgrund der hohen Kosten und schlechten Bewertungen habe ich das Parkhaus nicht genutzt und ein öffentliches Parkhaus gewählt .

Cons:

Das Zimmer war nicht ganz so sauber wie ich es mir gewünscht hätte . Haare im Bett und im Badezimmer war der Mülleimer rostig sowie die Duschkopfaufhängung defekt. Kleine Details die sicher einfach zu beheben sind .

Insgesamt war alles in Ordnung
Pros:

Unser Zimmer war gut ausgestattet und sauber.
Das Frühstück war umfangreich.
Das Personal im Frühstücksraum war ständig bemüht, alles aufzufüllen und sauberzuhalten.

Cons:

Die Zugänge zu den Treppenhäusern waren schwer zu finden.
Statt des Teppichbodens in allen Räumen (außerBad) hätten wir glatte, nass zu reinigende Böden bevorzugt.

Personal an der Rezeption extrem unfreundlich auf Fragen wir lächerlich reagiert.Jede Frage eines Gastes sollte höflich beantwortet werden.

Personal an der Rezeption sehr inkompetent.
Das Hotel liegt nicht so im Stadtzentrum wie es vorgegeben wird.
Parkplatz extrem eng und kostet zusätzlich 25 Euro.
Hund extra 20 Euro.
Frühstück extra 24 Euro.
Also die wissen wie man günstig ein Hotelzimmer verkauft um dann anschließend das Geld wieder reinbekommt mit versteckten Zusatzkosten.Wenn man dann doch die Nacht bei 200 Euro liegt
Im Endeffekt könnte man ein besseres Hotel finden direkt in der Fußgängerzone da kostet die Nacht dann genauso viel mit besserem Service.
