Schönes Hotel mit leicht fragwürdiger Servicepolitik
Pros:

Das Zimmer war ruhig und relativ groß, das Personal war nett. Die Lage ist fußläufig zur Innenstadt.

Cons:

Die Zimmer werden nur jeden 2. Tag gereinigt, es wird suggeriert, dies geschehe aus Nachhaltigkeitsgründen. Mich verärgern solche Aussagen außerordentlich, letztlich spart sich nur das Unternehmen Personal. Ich übernachte in einem Hotel um den Service in Anspruch zu nehmen, sonst habe ich in einer Ferienwohnung mehr Platz. Wir haben auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption gesagt, dass wir tägliche Reinigung wünschen. Das ist nicht erfolgt. Mir ist bewusst, dass das eine Managemententscheidung ist, die dann wieder von den Mitarbeitern vor Ort ausgebadet werden muss. Zumal die durchschnittliche Verweildauer in solchen Stadthotels wahrscheinlich bei zwei Nächten liegt, und somit de facto überhaupt keine Zwischenreinigung erfolgt. Ich empfinde das nicht als Gastlichkeit. Schade, für ein ansonsten schönes Hotel.
