Für den Preis ein sehr schlechtes Hotel
Pros:

Frühstück war ok, aber das ist doch wohl eine Voraussetzung

Cons:

Bei der Anmeldung schon eine halbe Stunde zu warten, eh man die Reihe kommt. Als nächstes das die Tiefgarage für einen Tag 25 Euro kostet. Ich habe bisher noch nie erlebt das wenn man die Garage im Hotel hat, das der Preis pro Nacht nicht vergünstigt wird.

Excellent hotel in every department.
Pros:

Very nice and clean, very professional and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast.

Cons:

Underground car park has 2 meter height limit. So can’t use if you have a roof box .

Quality stay without fuss
Pros:

Ordinary overall room design but things work.
Sufficient sockets, beds firm, bright interior, kettle & fridge provided. Breakfast very good.

Cons:

Parking somewhat overpriced at €25 but undeniably convenient.

Für Autofahrer eine Zumutung, da auch im Umfeld des Hotels keine Parkplätze zur Verfügung stehen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und von hoher Qualität. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Das Personal war freundlich, und es war bemüht, die angesprochenen Probleme nachzuvollziehen.

Cons:

Die Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage sind zu eng, die Möglichkeit, die Autos in zwei Etagen zu parken, passt nicht, da die Stellplätze zu klein dimensioniert sind - selbst mit einem Audi A4 kann man nicht mehr aussteigen, wenn neben einem ein SUV parkt. Dann sind die Etagen-Parkplätze auch nicht nutzbar wg. der eingeschränkten Höhe der Stellplatz-Aufzugtechnik. Während in anderen Bereichen der TG Plätze leer standen (vermietet), kurvten Autos ziellos durchs Untergeschoss und rangierten auf den engen Wegen. Und dann: 25 Euro fürs Parken halte ich für überteuert.

Gar nicht einverstanden war ich damit, dass in meinem Zimmer die Tür zur Dusche fehlte (offenbar war sie demontiert worden) - das ganze Bad war nach dem Duschen zwangsläufig unter Wasser. Außerdem hatte ich ein Zimmer, in dem es arg hallte - es gab keinen Teppich auf dem Boden, nur blankes Linoleum (?).

Das Frühstück am Sonntagmorgen (um 9 Uhr) war total überlaufen, viele Hotelgäste mussten im Foyer essen. Andere standen so lange, bis Plätze frei wurden. Gemütlichkeit geht anders. Die Lautstärke war kein guter Start in den Tag.

Wish all the hotels we stayed in on this trip were just like this one!!!
Pros:

It was very clean, staff was professional and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Lobby was great nice bar. Lots of tables. Rooms were well appointed. It was exceptional!!!

A good walk from old town but helped walk out all the great food.
