Pros:

The staff are very helpful and courteous. Our room was spotlessly clean and the bed was super comfortable. The room was nice and dry and modern and the bathroom had a good shower and bath. The area is quiet but really close to everywhere you want to go.

Lovely hotel in quiet side street in Venice. Really nice to be near Academia Bridge and St Mark’s square. Nice rooms with big windows, very clean and really friendly staff.

Cons:

It might be nice to have a ‘door not disturb’ sign of having a lie in when housekeeping team come round.

Pros:

Un Hotel con excelente ubicación, cerca de San Marco, cerca del terminal de botes, y se puede llegar directamente desde el aeropuerto en taxi botes. Muy cerca de las grandes tiendas de lujo. En recepción Marco y todos los recepcionistas, eran muy amables. Había tenido un pequeño accidente y rápidamente me han asistido. Excelente el servicio y atención del personal no solo de la Recepción, sino también del desayuno y personal de aseo. El Hotel muy limpio. La habitación muy cómoda, el baño amplio. El desayuno fenomenal, felicitaciones.

Cons:

Las almohadas podrían ser un poco más soft !! La ducha sería importante tener una barra de seguridad.

The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and generous. The room was quiet, beautiful, and well appointed. The location was perfect.
