Great location and value for money.
Pros:

The room was comfortable. Perfect location in Chiswick. Bus stop in front of the hotel is ideal for getting anywhere.

Cons:

The elevators are dated and make a lot of noise when closing and moving. The seal around the shower etc needs replacing as it is all spotty an mouldy

Never again

Location and the breakfast were good.

Cons:

I’ve stayed there for 5 nights. I asked them to charge on night from my personal card, they failed it after warning a couple times, they returned the overpaid amount to my company card but it caused a trouble at work.

The shower head was broken, the water was coming from both side, they couldn’t fix it in the first 3 days, I gave up and I has to cover all bathroom floors with towels to avoid water to reach-out to the carpet.

The room was always cold, there was a draft. When they change the bedsheets, they used semi-wet ones. I had to ask them to change it with dry ones.

There was no minibar, only a boiler and some teabags. No fridge in the room.

The TV is not a smart TV, you can’t watch from Netflix or Youtube.

I will not stay there again.
