Pros:

The room was spacious and clean. However, it is worth noting that the room did not have any European-style power sockets, and no adapters were available to borrow during the stay.

The gym was small and limited in equipment, and access needed to be requested through the reception. While the overall stay was comfortable, many members of the staff were unfortunately not particularly welcoming or helpful.

Pros:

Excelente hotel en general. Habitación grande y cómoda, con un baño espectacular (ducha y tina aparte). Ni hablar del desayuno, muy variado y rico. La ubicación, si bien no es del todo centrica, queda a 5 minutos caminando de una estación de la linea verde (district) que te deja en varios de los puntos turisticos de la ciudad.

Great stay
Pros:

Lovely well appointed room, excellent bathroom, very comfortable large bed. Our bedroom, 715, was at the rear of the hotel & was very quiet. Good breakfast with lots of choice, porridge was very good.
Train station almost over the road, we used the underground from T5 with one change via Hammersmith, easy to do but with steps if you have heavy cases (we did)
