Vrij ver van centrum iets verder dan verwacht. Het was jammer dat de ramen niet open konden, het beddengoed voelde klam aan. De föhn miste een beschermkap waardoor mijn haar naar binnen werd getrokken, verbrandde en haar uit mijn hoofd getrokken werd.
Very well located, nice comfy rooms
I had left my phone charger in my room upon checkout. Tried to call reception/hotel multiple times, could not get through. Wrote in via Booking.com, was directed to write in an email, which I did but had no response. So on 6th day post check out, I tried calling again - went through but reception was mid. I had told them the whole thing and the only reply was “If you have not heard from us, it would mean we didn’t find it, sorry”. Felt that customer service could be better
Our room (810) was clean and comfortable with a lovely bathroom and excellent show.
The location was perfect for us - we walked to Kew Gardens on day 1 and took the tube (quite easy) to Wimbledon on day 2. Ate at The Lamb which was lovely.
Breakfast was good, plenty of choice of both hot and cold options, reasonable coffee and plenty of seating.

Recently stayed at the Clayton Chiswick. Friendly polite and professional staff. Room lovely and clean and in a quiet part of hotel. Breakfast was good fresh omelette cooked Had an issue with suitcase staff were very willing to help open it.
Hotel often has stay offers which makes it good value. Nice hotel with a good atmosphere.
Parking on site safe & secure. Great location 5 minutes walk to Gunnersbury tube station. Close to Brentford GTech stadium too.

i liked the ease of check in and comfortable bed, and selection at breakfast was presented well.
Television was not working on arrival , electrical sockets on wall were loose, could of included things like an information leaflet in room on how things work,eg : air con / heating as the r0om at night was extremely hot and steuggled to figure out how to deal with it Room overrall clean although could of been better, ear plugs and eye masks would of also been well recieved, and tbh I really didnt find,the staff very welcoming and when having an evening meal the service wasnt great and food average.
