Good location - facilities need to make sure air con works in the room or is mended before the room is used

Air con didn’t work, so receptionist organised a heater for the room but the bathroom was very cold

The hotel was good value for money. The things I disliked were only very minor matters.
Pros:

The size of the room, furnishing, the bathroom the restaurant, the buffet breakfast, complimentary water The attitude of the staff was very friendly and positive.

Cons:

Minor things. Small bloodstains on the duvet cover; no glasses to use for the complimentary water. The location was a bit far from the centre of London. The nearest tube station had no escalators or lifts.

Pros:

The room was very clean and tidy

Cons:

The thermostat in the room was on 29 but blew out cold air the whole time. Couldn’t settle as it was like an ice box. I actually got up and left at 8.30 due to being so cold

Pros:

Das Frühstück ist umfangreich und lecker, auch auf continental breakfast eingestellt. Das Service-Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Selbst wenn das Hotel sehr gut besucht ist, bleibt der Aufenthalt angenehm. Nur wenige Schritte bis zur U-Bahn-Station Gunnersbury, direkt vor dem Hotel halten auch Busse Richtung Hammersmith. Man ist außerhalb des Touristentrubels und trotzdem recht schnell in der City of London.

Disappointing
Pros:

Location is good for work

Cons:

Staff are very helpful but I have stayed many times the rooms are always COLD . You cannot adjust the temperature in the room and the bathrooms are freezing in the morning. I had to ask for a heater which was brought to me and warmed my room. It is unacceptable to be that cold
