Such a good hotel!
Pros:

Upgraded room on arrival, room was impressive and absolutely huge. Very clean and overall so good! Breakfast was amazing and so were the staff! Very close to the M4 and free parking nearby so perfect for coming into London from the West

Pros:

We were put in an extremely hot room at first with no warning.
They said supposedly they are trying to fix it, we waited patiently and there was no change. Then we were moved to a slightly cooler room, 2-3 hours we checked in. This took away from my tightly scheduled trip ( family wedding)

Cons:

Broken air conditioning and cranky cleaning staff. The up charge for not precooking the restaurant downstairs

Hotel in good location to the train station.
Clean and spacious room. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Reception staff are not very helpful. I asked for something from the kitchen. Instead of the lady to either transfer my call to the appropriate team or disseminate my message, she insisted that I come downstairs myself.

Top notch hotel.
Pros:

I’ve stayed here regularly for five years as I work in London. The hotel is first class. Staff, facilities, rooms, food … all excellent. Right by tube station as well.

Cons:

Poor value for money, with outdated rooms and noticeable cleanliness concerns.
Pros:

Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with my stay at Clayton Hotel Chiswick. The hotel feels very dated and is in need of refurbishment. The rooms and common areas looked tired and lacked the modern standards I would expect from a hotel of this category. Overall, the experience did not offer good value for money, and I was not particularly happy with my stay.

Cons:

There were several aspects of the hotel that we were unhappy with. The room felt very outdated and in need of refurbishment. The flooring was dirty and had visible stains, which gave a poor first impression. The bathroom was particularly disappointing – the sink did not drain properly, the toilet looked old and worn, and the bath was also dated and tatty.

The cupboards had an unpleasant smell, making it difficult to store clothes comfortably. Overall, the room did not feel clean, fresh, or well maintained, and the condition of the facilities fell well below our expectations.

There was much more but I don’t have time to write.
