Very uncomfortable very hot in our room and poor service
Pros:

Did not it’s very dated and needs a bit of TLC , areas with dirty plates/ glasses. Our room was too hot 🥵 and we had to call maintenance person , room 1105

Really satisfactory stay, particularly the breakfast!
Pros:

The breakfast is excellent. Great choice and plenty of it! The location is great fir the tube and bus stops.

Cons:

We didn't have a fridge in our room.

Ewa in the restaurant was lovely.

Cons:

Great location.

Disappointing to see dirty plate outside our rooms on arrival. We moved rooms - this was the view outside our new rooms each day. Door left open.

On final day, staff member knocked at 8am to ask what time we were leaving!

Great location, great breakfast
Pros:

Great value for money, and convenient location just a few minutes walk from the District Line and Mildmay Line (Overground). The breakfast is very good and well worth booking in advance (we did not and had to pay more on the day). The room was clean and well furnished, with lots of cupboard space. Would recommend.
