Great location , great staff, hardest bed ever!
Pros:

Location fantastic, can walk to train station or catch a ferry. To many places.
The breakfasts amazing & the service at breakfast also great.
Restaurant also quite lovely.
The dept store and food hall below supper handy. Then the food stalls behind also great. Can’t fault the staff or location.

Cons:

The beds, there is firm and there is concrete slab. This was the hardest surface I have ever tried to sleep on. We ask for a topper, it made not change to the hardness. The bed was the worst think ever. Also the mouldy shower was a little concerning.

Die Lage und das sehr nette Personal waren sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Auswahl an Obst war eingeschränkt, obwohl die keine großen Kosten verursacht hätte es das Angebot aufgewertet. Sonst war das Frühstück okay.

Très bien pour un court séjour.
Pros:

Le personnel est incroyablement gentil.Très bon petit déjeuner.Hotel bien situé.Nous sommes partis a 2h du matin ,l'hôtel nous avait préparé des petits déjeuners à emporter.Le service est top.

Cons:

La vue très moyenne sur un bâtiment un peu délabré.La piscine ou il y avait beaucoup trop de monde et de bruit.
