Pros:

The air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the room cool despite the heat outside. I also loved the convenient location — it was close to the river boat and train station, and directly connected to Central Mall, which had plenty of great food options.

The property also felt very secure since access to the building and rooms required a key card. The package deal with complimentary breakfast was another great bonus. Although there were only two elevators, there was always a staff member available to help press the buttons and assist guests, which made the wait much smoother.

Another feature I really appreciated was the in-room amenities, including a washer and dryer, sink, water percolator, full refrigerator, and complimentary snacks and bottled waters.

Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Although the room was great and i did appreciate everything, there was just two things that would have made my stay even better.

1. Washer and Dryer was very loud. You could hear it all the way outside in the hallway. Definitely couldnt do laundry overnight or early in the morning.

2. There was no hot water. Showers were cold.

Clean, comfortable and safe with a beautiful view.
Pros:

I liked the cleanliness, the view from my 25th floor room was phenomenal and, I enjoyed how quiet and separate I felt from other rooms and guests. I was concerned about street noise from other reviews but only noticed occasional emergency vehicle sirens not other vehicles.

Cons:

I wish there was better lighting in the bathroom, it was challenging to get ready and glad I wasn’t trying to put makeup on in that light. Also, the elevators take a while during busy times so, there was additional consideration involved in scheduling drivers, making appointments etc.

suite lumineuse et aérée, lits très confortables, service impeccable, personnel souriant et efficace, emplacement idéal pour tous transports , proximité de la rivière et des taxi-boats, accès salles de sport et piscine parfaits, couloirs et environnement silencieux et reposants. vue dégagée sur la ville.

Une belle expérience que je recommande!
Pros:

Bel établissement très bien situé proche d’un centre commercial du BTS ou du navette fluviale. Magnifique décoration, personnel agréable et chambre spacieuse adaptée aux familles avec tout ce qu’il faut pour un séjour confortable.

Cons:

Nous aurions préférés 2 chambres séparées pour les parents et les enfants mais tout le reste était niquel

Good location, great staff, large rooms.
Pros:

Located close to rail line and ferry. Shops and restaurants close by. Rooms large and clean. Pool is large and clean. Staff friendly and helpful.
