Unfortunately our (my friends and I) experience at this hotel was not great at all. We had water shortage issues from the first day until the last day there. We stayed there for 3 nights, it was 3 very hot days and many times we were at the beach just wanted to have a shower when we get to the hotel just find there were no water when we arrived. We complained many times at the reception then they would call someone to fix the water but even when it was fixed the water coming out of the tap and shower was very little and weak.
The bathroom itself was also a mess, the floors was made of tiles and VERY slippery, a dangerous hazard. There was no shower box to contain the water from the shower and the bathroom was soaking wet all the time.
The hotel has fancy rooms which we talked to some of the guests staying there and they had no issues at all. The issues were specific to the cheaper rooms building.
We think the building we stayed desperately needs some renovations. It is also not fair that because the rooms we stayed were cheaper they couldn’t provide basics needs like water.

Fabulous stay, exceeded expectations
Pros:

Location of hotel was fabulous, easy to reach BTS and river boats. Room.was huge, clean, comfortable and with free snacks. Pool area had the sun in the morning and.we never had a problem getting sunbeds We upgraded to the suite with views overlooking the river on our last night which was stunning. Lovely restaurants and food market nearby. I wouldnt hesitate staying here again.

Cons:

I was disappointed that we could not use the balcony in the double room as there were no chairs.

Prachtige uitzicht van 22 verdieping. Goede locatie. Eerste 5 verdiepingen is een winkel met supermarkt. En metro en boot dicht bij. Naarst is een street food markt. Geweldig

Pros:

Viihtyisä, siisti ja iso huone. Sängyissä hyvä nukkua. Hyvä sijainti BTS aseman vieressä. Ystävällinen henkilökunta.

Cons:

Hissejä joutui välillä odottamaan melko kauan. Ilmastointilaite oli tehokas, mutta kovaääninen.

Pros:

Eigentlich gibt's nix zu meckern , bis auf 2 negative Dinge die aber durch die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter dann auch wieder relativiert wird.

Cons:

1. Nach einem langen Flug waren wir um 12.00 mittags im Hotel , leider konnten wir die Zimmer erst kurz vor 16.00 beziehen.
2. Wenn das Hotel voll ist hat man recht lange Wartezeiten bei den 2 Liften .
