Tolle Lage, Gutes Frühstück, Gute Verkehrsanbindung
Pros:

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Skytrain, Boot, Taxi, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, alles da.
Freundliches Personal, Sehr gutes Frühstück, Zimmer sauber und in einem Cleanen Style gehalten.
Hotel liegt direkt über der Central Bangrak Shoppingmall und einer FoodMall. Kleiner NachtMarkt ist auch da.

Pleasant stay
Pros:

I like the cleanliness and the size of room, staffs are nice. Good location not so traffic , near bts and sathorn pier to go grand place, iconsiam and asiatique.

Cons:

The toilet water spraygun keeps leaking, it would be great if they check about what is lacking maybe everytime they clean the room. I was surprised that they charged 100 baht for using their plastic laundry bag, so be aware not to use laundry bag in the room. Maybe it’s the usual practice in hotels in Bangkok.

Relaxing holiday.
Pros:

The room was very big. It could probably fit 2 extra beds by my esitimate. The breakfast was good, but the staffs were slow in clearing plates and topping up food. Also, some of the food displays has no space for one to place the cover after opening it. This is a design problem.

Cons:

The location isn't that fantastic and is considerably quieter after dark. There's a shopping mall right beside the hotel but that mall is also limited in its range. The food options at the basement was good though.

Pros:

Connected to the department plaza. Have many quick food options within walking distance of the hotel. Nice pool, sauna, game rooms. Spacious room. Great hotel staff. Met all my expectations for my first experience in Bangkok.

Die Lage ist super, man ist in Gehdistanz bei der Bahn oder bei den Flusstaxis. Beim Hotel hat es ein Einkaufszentrum und einen Supermarkt. Das Personal ist so freundlich, wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt und wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Ich kann es sehr empfehlen.

Cons:

There was a strange smell in the room.
And by the second night I found two cockroaches in the bathroom. The reception staff were very helpful and immediately arranged a room change for me, which I appreciated. However, after a long day, discovering this was really upsetting and negatively affected my stay.
