Pros:

Accueil chaleureux du portier, de la réceptionniste de jour. Employés de chambres souriants.
Agréables suites de 50 m2 dans un quartier bien situé.
Tranquillité de la chambre à coucher, car aucun mur commun avec d'autre clients.
Salle de fitness bien équipée.
Petite piscine sympa.

Cons:

Chambres à l'équipement vieillissant.
Indifférence de certains réceptionnistes (principalement le soir) rivés sur leurs téléphones portables, nous regardant sans saluer et replongeant aussitôt dans leurs écrans, bref, une attitude qui n'est pas du niveau d'un hôtel de cette catégorie.
Petit déjeuner correct mais, manque de variété d'une visite à l'autre. Toujours la même formule depuis des années.
Prix trop élevés pour un établissement non rénové.
Dommage, car ce petit hôtel a du charme.

Pokój był bardzo duży, z aneksem kuchennym, co bardzo mi się podobało. Było żelazko I deska do prasowania, co również mi się podobało. Wanna była wyśmienita :D mam 175 cm wzrostu I leżąc, mieściłem się cały, co było dla mnie dużym zaskoczeniem 😊 lokalizacja była bardzo dobra... niedaleko metro i duży park 😊 personel był bardzo miły I bardzo pomocny 😊 jak najbardziej polecam 😊

Cons:

W zasadzie, to wszystko było super I nie mogę narzekać 😁

DID NOT LIKE - Looking at the Pool from Reception, the access into the pool needs a handrail for those people like me, less mobile

Good value but room needs refurbishing
Pros:

The suite room we stayed in was big. The hotel is beside a local Thai food market which had good options.

Cons:

The room facilities like the tv, bath tub, lighting, and general interior were a bit dated.

Pros:

Haben uns dieses Hotel ausgesucht da wir die Lage schon kannten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Untergeschoss gab es Waschmaschinen zur freien Verfügung. Der Pool ist zwar nicht groß aber zum abkühlen ausreichend. Das Restaurant war sehr gut. Frühstück reichhaltig.

Pros:

Nice, spacious rooms, very bright and well-designed bathrooms, a beautiful breakfast room, decent air conditioning, a convenient location, and a welcoming hotel team.

Cons:

Very dark rooms — the lighting felt insufficient in the evenings, which I personally found a bit of a struggle (though others might feel differently).

Also, as the apartments have kitchens, I would have expected washing-up liquid and a sponge.

Good stay, but improvements are needed
Pros:

Friendly reception staff who spoke English well enough and were helpful. Other staff were friendly too but spoke mostly Thai (wasn't an issue, though). Spacious room with kitchenette and living area. Great breakfast that was different each day. It is easily accessible by cab and located in a safe neighbourhood. Walked all hours of night to the 7 Eleven or restaurants nearby and felt comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. Didn't use the pool but enjoyed the sauna and gym.

I especially want to thank the hotel staff for making my birthday special. They left cake in my room for me on the day. It was very much appreciated.

Cons:

The room is quite dated. Additionally, the shower and bath mat really need to be deep cleaned(!), and i am not sure why they removed (?) and never replaced the bar for the shower curtain. It's so easy to get everything wet.

A good introduction to the area
Pros:

The staff was great and the room was wonderful except the bathroom

Cons:

The only place I've stayed that had a breakfast and would not prepare an omlet. Not the end of the word, but disappointing

The water level in the toilet was so high I could not sit without getting by business wet :-(

The water in the shower bacame tepid warm, but never hot

Nice property
Pros:

The room was excellent, actually it was like an apartment seperate bathroom, living area, kitchen and bedroom. The staff was great.

Cons:

Toilet in bathroom. not enough space between seat and water.
