Parfait pour passer quelques jours à Bangkok !

Amabilidad
Pros:

La amabilidad del personal y las facilidades que nos dieron en todo momento. Pudimos dejar una maleta en el hotel, ya que íbamos a Camboya unos días y luego regresábamos y nos dejaron hacer una hora más tarde el check out para poder ducharnos después de una carrera para poder iniciar nuestra vuelta a España bien cómodos. Pros:

Perfecte locatie en super vriendelijk personeel! Regelen alle voor je en het ontbijt was super geregeld.

Cons:

Die hygiëne van de badkamer en slaapkamer kon iets beter. Doordat het wat ouder is heeft het ook wat gebruikssporen.

Comfortable Stay With One Outstanding Staff Member
Pros:

The room had all the amenities we needed and we also enjoyed the swimming pool. I would especially like to mention the security staff member stationed outside. He was always smiling, professional and genuinely welcoming. He even showed us where the laundry room was and was very friendly with our child. Among the staff, he was the person who connected with us most naturally and made us feel welcome. I hope the hotel management recognizes his contribution.

Cons:

There was nothing major that I disliked. One small suggestion would be to make the checkout experience a little warmer. When we left, there was no staff member to accompany us or simply say goodbye. It may seem like a small thing, but that personal touch can make guests feel more valued and leave a better final impression.
