Även om den nya öppna klädhängaren ligger långt efter en garderob och ett dumt modernt påhity
Kommunikationen med hotellet och personalen som tydligen menade att strax var 4 timmar senare - hade på flera sätt kommunicerat att jag ville ha tidig inflytt och sen utchek på flera kanaler och fått i mån av tillgång - nu vet jag att dom ville ha betalt för båda och det hade dom kunnat sagt för efter en 10 timmars flygresa behöver man få somna om -om man ska kunna vara på topp - nu vet jag att detta hotel har infört en skitpolicy att ingen får flytta in innan kl 11 och personalen vid incheck kl730 gav mig hoppet och sa snart så fort dom är klara - för dom hade rum på g - vilket senare ändrades till kl 11 - jag hade betalat för det som jag fick göra för sen utflytt- vilket är deras syfte - men killarna i receptionen är skit och på gränsen till otrevliga medan tjejerna är cool och trevliga men får framföra gubbarnas skit - hur vet jag - driver hotell själv och bott här 2 ggr om året i över 20 år men kommer inte igen - när jag tänker på det p g a deras ignorans och oförståelse borde betyget egentligen blivt en etta mvh Kjell Wallin

The road construction work going on
Location is great. Food and malls are easily accessible. Room is exceptionally spacious
Currently road construction is undergoing outside of hotel. Some nights you can hear heavy noise of construction.

We love this hotel, and location it’s very close to everything. You can walk to all
Malls. This is the second year we come back to this hotel because we feel comfortable with very very friendly staff !

Le personnel est très gentil et agréable. Très professionnel
Tout d'abord la chambre est vendue avec Balcon, sauf que tout est verrouillé (pas d'accès). Puis il y a le bruit (dû aux travaux certes) mais c'est vraiment pénible. Concernant le petit déjeuner je regrette de l'avoir payé d'avance, il n'y a pas grand chose (voir rien) pour ceux qui ne mangent pas "salé". Dans un pays comme la Thaïlande j'ai vraiment regretté que l'on ne propose pas de fruits (juste quelques morceaux de pastèque). Pas de yaourt non plus...

Everything. Location was excellent walking distance to pratunam night market, platinum mall etc. Facilities were nice and they have great service.
There is a construction in the main road going to the hotel making it traffic so bad going and leaving the hotel especially by grab or car.
