Exceptional
Pros:

Cleanliness, everyday housekeeping, and refill of water everyday.

Cons:

Staff is not really good in english and hence having a hard time in communicating.

Pros:

Loved this hotel so much! Family and I booked their hotel room with a connecting door.
Room was spacious, beds were comfy, staff were amazing and super welcoming.
The hotel is close to Pratunam Night Market, Tofu Skincare, 7/11, Platinum Mall, Big C and Central World!

Cons:

Only downside is that it’s busy, however they are doing roadworks so it’s understandable.

Awesome and comfortable stay for 6nights. Will definitely revisit when back to BKK.
Pros:

Love the spacious of the rooms and very convenient especially room comes with microwave. Location is convenient, walking distance between 7-11, pharmacy & platinum mall. A lot of local eatery stalls around.

Cons:

Bidet on the toilet not working except for the seat was warm all times.

Best hotel on pratunam
Pros:

The room was exactly as shone in the website before I book. The room was really huge and super clean. We had huge tv with netflix. The queensize bed was fantastic. Great service by the hotel crew. There is a 7 11 store right below the hotel next door
