La chambre est spacieuse
Le personnel est désagréable. L’odeur de l’établissement est horrible. Aucune propreté!!! Nous avons du rappeler plusieurs fois la réception pour nous apporter des linges !
The hotel did everything it could to minimise the noise from the building of the new MTR link immediately outside the hotel.We usually stay in this hotel in Bangkok because of its location and standard. The hotel is very central, convenient for the fashion houses and communications. BTS and MTR are a short walk away as is the river boat and Central World although the hotel do provide a free shuttle to Central World.
There isn't anything to dislike. If it isn't right the staff will make it right.

we request for room cleaning, first day cleaning is good, but after that, seems like the cleaner just change bedsheet, the slipper provided still got hair and some dust stucked on it. got some dust at certain part, not sure whether if it is aircond dirty or how
Gute Zimmer , gute Betten !
Wir sind jetzt seit November 2025 zum 5. Mal im Hotel und hatten jedesmal um ein ruhiger Zimmer gebeten. Leider wetden wir jedesmal wie neue Gäste behandelt und bekamen diesmÖ ein Zimmer direckt neben dem Pool mit schreienden Kindern zugewiesen! So geht das nicht mit Stammgästen !!

Its noısy. Road reconstractıon 24h non stop noıse. I asked booking and reception to send me to another hotel same chain ? I have been ıgnored ı vasted 5 days no sleeping at all
I asked extra eggs for breakfast they charge for that. No compliment !
A fair bit of food outlets nearby
Rooms are big clean and comfy
location is not near any train station. constant traffic jams.
Lifts are not coordinated leading to congestion. You have to wait a long time at check out and breakfast
