The location, the staff , cleanliness is good.
We book a connecting two room for 5 night and one of the room air conditioner was blowing warm air even after we on it for a time on the first day. Contacted the front desk about the issue, asked the technician to come fix it but still not cold. The first solution was not to change our room but trying to convince us thats already fixed. Second day the Air conditioner still blowing warm air and start having loud sound. Contacted the front desk again, same solution technician come again. At the end still blowing hot air. That time was already night time and we just got back from outing whole day. Contacted the second time with anger only changed the room for us. And we need to repack our luggage to move to the new room with the tiredness. Appreciate the staff who moved our luggage to the new room but it's still a bad experience as already rise the issue on the first day. A suggestion to prevent this issue again, do hope that the room facilities is all checked before allowing the guest to enter. The management could improve more.

Kändes lite ofräscht med städningen. Balkongen möbel fri. Och man var tvungen att be dom låsa upp Balkongen om man ville ute och tittat. Som rökare det värst rök rum jag sett.

La situation géographique, la qualité de la literie et la grandeur de la chambre, les soupes faites minutes au petit déjeuner
- La Clim qui fuit,
- les gros travaux dans la rue jour et nuits nous empêchant de dormir. On a pas réservé cet hôtel pour le retour à cause du bruit.
- des remontées de mauvaises odeurs dans la chambre,
- le buffet petit déjeuner qui manque un peu de richesse quelques plat en plus 2/3 serait bienvenus.
Spacious, comfortable bed. The famous wanton mee is just nearby the hotel.
The room may looks renovated but the flooring is budging up. The cleaning is not complete as my room was not made on my last night stay. A little disappointed. But too tired after a long day walk so I didn’t call up the housekeeping.
Room is big , staff are helpful
The stench in the room is terrible. It did not go away throughout our stay, especially when you 1st open the door to the room. and worse in the toilet. The bed was sunken. When reported nothing was done
There is a large Big C supermarket nearby, which is convenient. However, the relentless construction noise (going on day and night, even on weekends) made my stay miserable. I honestly regretted not choosing another branch of this hotel chain near a different BTS station. Every time I saw this hotel brand elsewhere in Bangkok, it just reminded me of my poor choice.
I arrived on a night train from Chiang Mai and checked in early. At first, I was assigned a wheelchair-accessible room. Since my companion is quite tall, I requested a room change, as it would have been uncomfortable for a two-night stay. We were moved to a different floor about an hour later. The real issue started in the new room — there wasn’t a single towel. I called reception, and they said they would bring some to my door. After waiting 30 minutes, nothing happened. I called again and got the same response. Another 30 minutes passed. At that point, I could literally see staff members walking around with towels in the hallway. It honestly felt like it would have been faster to grab one myself, but I chose to wait for proper service. When I called for the third time, the receptionist practically shouted at me: “Madam! I already told the staff to bring them! I know you’ve called more than twice. Just wait!” Then she hung up on me. I was stunned and just stood there laughing in disbelief. I’ve traveled to many countries, but I have never experienced a hotel staff member losing their temper and hanging up on a guest. The towels finally arrived about 10 minutes later. If you have the patience to wait over an hour for a towel when you just want to take a shower, then I “highly recommend” this place.
