Una estancia agradable y cómoda. Lo que esperaba.
Pros:

La ubicación, el confort, el desayuno, el personal y los detalles: obsequio a mi mujer por su cumpleaños.

Cons:

Los envases de los productos de baño solo están rotulados en inglés. Yo no tengo problemas porque hablo ese idioma, pero puede que otros viajeros españoles no lo hagan. En cualquier caso, yo espero que establecimiento españoles en España faciliten las cosas los nativos del país.

Hotel is lovely
Pros:

The hotel and its facilities are amazing. The staff were exceptional.

Cons:

It’s a bit of a walk to the restaurants and bars in El Toyo, which was not impressive-nothing to do with hotel though. The location was a bit disappointing.

Pros:

Ubicación muy tranquila y amplio aparcamiento libre de cargo

Cons:

Precio cerveza excesivo comparado con bares cercanos, 4.5€ 0.4litro de grifo. Lunes 4 Mayo , lunes de puente saliente, la piscina grande cerrada, parece que no tienen contratado al socorrista de lunes a jueves, todos confinados en una piscina pequeña, bastante lamentable y poca empatía por el cliente.

Looking forward to our next stay , spa is fabulous though crowded so will have to get there first thing

Staff excellent, spotless and beautiful views

Cons:

Food on buffet was cold a lot of the time and it’s very busy
Some Pool facilities were closed unused pools that were closed were filthy. Lots of functions and events happening alongside the pool private parties so very noisy at times and extremely busy

Bel hôtel, superbe vue sur la mer. Buffet petit déjeuner impeccable. Très grande chambre très agréable en famille.

Cons:

Le prix du spa abusif : 20€ / adulte et 10€/ enfant pour 1h pour profiter d’une piscine intérieure, seule piscine chauffée de l’hôtel au mois d’avril. De plus sur les documents d’accueil et au moment du Check in, il n’est pas précisé qu’il faut payer un supplément pour le spa. Nous avons eu la surprise en arrivant en maillot avec notre fille. Nous avons renoncé vu le prix abusif.

Me gustó la ubicación y vistas al mar.

Cons:

El ascensor falló y nos quedamos encerrados en el ascensor con mi bebé de 3 meses… También sufrí una reacción alérgica con el gel del dispensador que tienen en la ducha. Axilas y zona del cuello se me quemaron, se pusieron rojas y después quemazón…

Gute Anlage
Pros:

Tolles Zimmer mit Meerblick! Die Anlage ist zwar groß, aber es war gerade noch im Rahmen (ich mag so große Hotelanlagen eigentlich nicht so). Das Personal war freundlich, der Fitnessraum war gut (24h) und beim Essen war ich auch nicht enttäuscht. Als Veganerin ist es immer recht schwer, aber sie hatten sogar eine vegan ausgezeichnete Speise auf der Karte und beim Frühstück gab es sogar auf Nachfrage veganes Joghurt! Generell gab es viel Auswahl an Gemüsespeisen und Obst beim Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Dass der Pool schon um 19h zugesperrt hat, das war bissl blöd, denn es war noch warm und sonnig und ich wäre gerne nicht weggestampert worden um 5 vor 19h
