The evening buffet absolutely terrible, all the food tasted salty and there was not much for vegetarians or children.

La ubicación perfecta ,apesar del mal tiempo que hacia la pasamos bien el hotel la discoteca me gustó mucho y el servicio de cena .

La metta era un’altra
Pros:

Era vicino al parcheggio di partenza del Panda Raid. Quindi per noi perfetto.

Cons:

All’arrivo c’era un caldo esagerato e l’aria condizionata non era accesa. Ci hanno fatto aspettare un’ora e mezza forse anche due ore per fare il check-in. Una lentezza a dir poco disarmante. Andare a colazione o a cena ti fanno sentire un emigrato tanti sono i controlli.

La posizione del parcheggio in quanto era vicino alla verifica del Pandaraid

Cons:

Non siamo arrivati la temperatura era altissima e mancava l’aria condizionata. Il personale era insufficiente a soddisfare le esigenze di tutti quelli che stavano facendo il check-in. Le persone estremamente lente e inconcludenti. Disarmante.

Proximity to the beach and natural park.

Cons:

In half-pension the drinks were not included in the price.

There were no activities for children the week we were there (off season).

Air conditioning was not very powerful. In hot summer days it could be an issue.

Hotel de 4* sin aire acondicionado, no funcionaba en todo el hotel. Hemos reservado una habitacion doble superior con vistas al mar pero no tenia vista al mar si no a la piscina y a un lateral, mucho ruido por la mañana temprano por los pasillos, hemos resercado 3 noches y pero al final nos fuimos despues de la 2a noche. mala experiencia... Hemos estado en otros Barcelo y hemos tenido buena experiencia, pero el de Cabo de Gata un desastre.

Todo en general . Buen estado de las instalaciones . Elegante para un hotel de playa. Magnífica ubicación . Personal muy amable, especialmente en el bar el Coral , aún lleno de gente. Para repetir !!
