El buffet ni cumplía con las expectativas de una cadena Barcelo. Comida de poca calidad y poca variedad
Muy bonito, comodo , limpio, el buffet muy muy bien (mucha variedad y muy rico), la hbitacion grande con terraza y la cama muy comoda y grande. La ubicacion muy bien y zona tranquila a 15 min de los bares del centro por un paseo precioso. Varias actividades para los niños y adultos.
Todo genial no hubo nada mal, por decir algo para mejorar pondria alguna percha mas en el baño y el tenderete un poco mas grande porque en verano necesitas colgar las cosas, pero todo 10/10 :)
The location is very quiet but at the other hand there is not much to do in the area. The general facilities could be improved. The elevators really gave me a unsafe feeling. About the restaurant there were no tags (or not much) and it didnt looked tastefull because everything was pushed together (in the middle). For breakfast there was always a waiting line at the egg stand. Also pancakes needed a waiting line. And for the orange juice the cleaning guy needed to refill every 10min. A second machine could be helpfull.
While there's a lot of potential in this hotel: pool area is great, it never feels overcrowded, rooms are amazing - the execution was dissapointing: lunch and dinner food with no taste and choice, none of the barmen could make a decent cocktail, spa is a joke.

El hotel cumple con todas las necesidades de una estancia espectacular. Habitaciones muy amplias, se nota que han sido reformadas no hace mucho. Las camas son comodísimas y todo estaba muy limpio. El desayuno es muy amplio. Consta de tres piscinas estupendas. Merece muchísimo la pena coger el parking que tiene aunque haya aparcamiento en la puerta.

Accomodatie, behulpzaamheid medewerkers en maaltijden zijn op zich voortreffelijk, maar er is ook een groot minpunt, zie hieronder.
Mijn totaalscore is laag. Reden: vlak onder mijn kamer trad 'savonds een muziekband op met onvoorstelbaar veel herrie. En de hele dag was er binnen een storend soort supermarktmuziek.
We had an absolutely lovely holiday at this gorgeous hotel! The staff at the hotel are the friendliest and most helpful we have ever encountered - and we have been on lots of holidays over the years. From the reception staff, to the catering, and entertainment team, to the housekeepers and lifeguards - literally everyone was super friendly, always helpful and kind. A special mention to all reception staff who regularly helped us with taxi booking, to Jorge and his colleagues for their amazing energy and light, and to Samia for providing excellent iced coffees for us while lazing by the gorgeous pool. The buffet restaurant was always wonderful. We really enjoyed the food and it was always varied out which was nice. Gorgeous fresh orange juice in the morning and lovely fresh food. There was always a nice place to sit and the tables were well set apart so it didn't feel crowded in the seating areas. Beautifully kept rooms and open areas. While we were there there was an eclipse and we were amazed that the hotel provided eclipse glasses for every single guest and put on a really special evening with special entertainment. The staff really are a credit to the hotel industry. Thank you so much for making our holiday very special. Well done Barcelo Cabo de Cata!
