Cons:

Everything dirty, aer smell mold . Bathroom with dirty paint, shower cracked and glued. Even if you give me free stay, I will not stay there. Imagine how breakfast is there.

Pros:

The room was generally clean. There was a little musty smell that's from the carpets. I always try to get no carpets but I wish I could know way ahead of time how to know if there's carpets or not because I typically do not do well with them no matter how much they clean them due to allergies. So the smell was a little musty. The bathroom bathtub stopper was broke not even sitting in the bathtub. Had multiple problems with the AC and the remotes for the TV. So yeah I give this like a 2 out of 10 as a complete total..... They have a lot of work to do!!

Horrible. I’m still waiting on my refund for the two nights I didn’t stay at his hotel

The owner is a scammer, a liar and a thief. I paid for 3 nights Oct 16-19. On Saturday morning my husband asked an employee where he could wash his coffee cup and she directed him to a storage room with a sink, the owner sees him in there and yells at my husband “are you dumb? You can’t read?” So they argued, he then calls our room and said he spoke with booking.com they’re gonna refund your money, leave before I call the police. He never contacted booking.com and now says he’ll refund me for 1 night, when I left his property Saturday morning and paid for 2 nights at Baymont, which was a wonderful stay.

Staff was great and location is great

Cons:

Three of the rooms we went in had mold in the ceiling wasn’t till we went in the forth room we did not find any mold and the forth room was not as clean as the three rooms we had been to before… I feel like the hotel needs work the basics are there but it definitely made me wish I had booked the usual big brands I’m used to.

Only that the room needed a little more color like some pictures. Kind of felt Like in a dungeon. Room was clean and very comfy just needed some pictures to liven it up

Horrible experience!
Pros:

Nothing there is good. I would give it a 0 it I could!

Cons:

Horrible filthy place. We didn’t stay there and they didn’t refund us. Horrible staff as well, very disrespectful person!
