2 TAGE KEIN WARMES WASSER - trotz Meldung an der Rezeption - hier wurde uns seitens Hotel keine Entschädigung angeboten! In einem 4 Sterne Hotel kalt duschen oder den Tagesablauf auf die Verfügbarkeit von Warmwasser auszurichten geht gar nicht.

Pros:

The hotel has a beautiful design and an excellent location. The room itself was very stylish, with a lovely view, and well equipped with body lotions and all necessary amenities. The reception staff were kind and professional.

Cons:

However, there were some serious inconsistencies in service depending on the staff shift.
On Tuesday and Thursday, the housekeeping service was disappointing. Despite having the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, the staff member who delivered breakfast knocked twice and nervously insisted that we return the food trolley, even though we were still in the room finishing our meal. This created a feeling of discomfort and lack of privacy.
The breakfast quality also varied significantly depending on the day. On Wednesday, a different staff member delivered breakfast — she included fresh lemons, a variety of teas to choose from, and a more generous selection of bread. It felt thoughtful and well prepared.
In contrast, on Tuesday and Thursday there were no lemons, no tea options, and the bread and croissants were extremely dry and hard — almost impossible to eat. The overall breakfast selection during our four-day stay was very limited. There was no salmon, no porridge, no pancakes — overall, the variety felt quite minimal for a hotel of this level.
Another issue occurred on Tuesday: we left the room at 2 PM and hung the sign requesting room cleaning. When we returned at 6 PM, the room had not been cleaned and the sign was still on the door. However, on Wednesday, the housekeeping staff was attentive and cleaned the room immediately after we left.
The difference between shifts was very noticeable, and unfortunately the service on Tuesday and Thursday did not meet expectations in terms of comfort, privacy, and consistency.
