Posizione eccezionale, confort e professionalità
Pros:

Posizione eccezionale, ad un passo da San Marco. Dispone anche di porta d'acqua per accesso diretto via taxi acquatico. Accoglienza molto professionale. Tutto lo staff molto professionale e disponibile. Camere spaziose.

Gritti suite, πολύ άνετα, 35m2, πολύ κεντρικά 3λ με τα πόδια από την πλατεία , εύκολη πρόσβαση και με σκάφος από το κανάλι . Όλα τα λεφτά ο Ραφαελο που μας έφερνε το πρωινό κάθε μέρα στο δωμάτιο

A humble gondola has more amenities than this 4 star hotel
Pros:

The only positives were its proximity to the centre of San Marco and offering of a chocolate treat on arrival.

Cons:

This hotel was the gift that kept on giving. Upon arrival we were told there is no 24/7 concierge and no bar or restaurant in the building. The room we were given was far from what was advertised: it lacked a water view which we paid for and balcony too. The first night the shower dial broke off, followed by broken air conditioning and windows that couldn’t open fully. To add to this, the hotel had no iron nor ironing board as this was not permitted leaving no alternative than to walk around the city looking homeless. There is further a lack of plug sockets and no fridge in the room.

The stay overall felt unsafe. Don’t expect to find a member of staff for help after 10pm. It is however reassuring to see that money spent here contributes towards an impressive content photo shoot for advertising purposes.

Best choice around the center!
Pros:

One of the best locations around the center of Venice.
The room was always clean and the personnel was very polite. We had everyday breakfast in the room and the services were top!
We also received a bottle of sparkling wine on arrival, it was waiting for us in the room, bucket full of ice and 2 glasses! Very nice!
Top location, top services, top personnel!

Cons:

Because the bathrooms do not have ventilation, from time to time a bad smell could appear. Not every day, and probably not in every room!

We had a very spacious room and so did our two sons' family of 2 and 4.The beautiful decor as well as the excellent services from the staff made our stay very pleasant: the receptionists gave us excellent tips and assistance while Raphael came to our rooms each morning to bring us delicious breakfast and went out of his way to accommodate our 3 grandchildren's needs.

Pros:

Beautiful plenty space for a family of 3. Clean and beautiful decorated old palace not your regular modern room. We were impressed. Breakfast at the room with a view and it was delicious! The location was great! The restaurant next door had thr best steak!
