Very disappointing, do not stay here while in Venice!
The staff were rude, condescending, argumentative and were untruthful.
Thr furniture in the rude was nearly falling apart & dirty.
The air-conditioning did not work despite requests to have it fixed, it was 37 deg!
It was noisy and not private (the 1st floor).
I advise not stay here!

Nice breakfast. The scrambled eggs were particularly good. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. If I go to Venice again I will definitely rebook the hotel.
Our stay was overall a great experience! The location is absolutely unbeatable—just a 2-minute walk from San Marco Square, with the major advantage of being directly accessible by water taxi, which made arrival and departure seamless.
The room was exceptionally spacious and spotless. Having a delicious breakfast served directly to our room each morning was a wonderful luxury. Furthermore, the staff members were exceptionally polite, kind, and always ready to help.
The only downside to consider is the lack of common spaces. For a 4-star property, there is no shared lounge area or dedicated breakfast room, and our room did not have a view.

Room 151 was exceptionally good except for hand held shower hook was broken.
Room 150 was not. Too much noise all night from outside and the second floor and next door. Didn’t sleep very much in 150. The shower in 150 ridiculous…long and narrow with faucet in the center…unpractical.

Terrific location. The view of the bridge of sighs from our room is as magical. From the chandeliers to the Venetian marble, we felt surrounded by decadence! Roberto was not just a friendly staff member, but cooked up a spectacular breakfast!
Access to touristic places
The pressure of water was less low and taps were not working

Location is very central. It is in a great shopping area for major brands. Close to water bus transport and near major attractions. Raphael looked after us well.
It seems to be an expensive area of Venice. Take a stroll to get better value resteraunts.
The room was fabulous and the view was great.
I would have liked a chair on the balcony to be able to enjoy the view
