Pros:

I like the location, the room was comfortable and most of the people that work there were really nice. Also the breakfast was awesome.

Cons:

I didn't like that when we arrived the concierge ask us for the debit card and he hold it for so long, he look all the numbers, also the security number and i told him that if he could give me back the card and he said he need to confirm some things before, which didn't make really a sense to me. I consider that was a violation of security.

A estadia deixou a desejar, principalmente pelos problemas estruturais e pela falta de atenção às necessidades informada
Pros:

O hotel é simples, com instalações um pouco antigas, porém muito bem localizado, o que facilita bastante a estadia.
Como pontos positivos, destaco que o quarto tem um tamanho razoável, a cama é confortável e as roupas de cama e banho são de ótima qualidade. Os funcionários são bastante receptivos, o que considero um diferencial importante.
Na recepção há bebedouro com água quente e fria, além de micro-ondas, permitindo ao hóspede encher garrafas e aquecer alimentos quando necessário, sem custo adicional, um ponto bastante conveniente.

Cons:

Entretanto, há pontos importantes que precisam de melhoria. O elevador é muito antigo e, em algumas ocasiões, parou no 3º andar, causando transtorno. O café da manhã é bastante limitado e repetitivo todos os dias. Tenho restrição alimentar e informei o hotel com antecedência, mas ainda assim precisei comprar minha própria alimentação, pois nem sempre havia opções adequadas disponíveis. Quando solicitava, o que era oferecido não atendia às minhas necessidades.
Além disso, o chuveiro não esquentava adequadamente e, em duas ocasiões, houve falta de água no hotel, o que compromete significativamente o conforto da estadia.

Realmente muitos pontos a melhorar!

Cons:

Hotel com café da manhã bom e quarto confortável. A recepção no período da tarde foi atenciosa. Porém, a limpeza deixou muito a desejar. Ficamos 5 dias e o quarto só foi limpo uma vez, e ainda assim porque solicitamos. Esse ponto precisa melhorar bastante.

Mejor lugar por la localización y la calidad/precio
Pros:

EXCELENTE localización. Unos 40 de la Avenida Corrientes. Relación calidad precio insuperable. Desayuno adecuado. Cuarto enorme.
