The Perfect place to stay in Palma Nova
Pros:

The hotel was in an amazing location, I had a full sea view room, while booking i have requested the high floor and i was in floor 7, honestly the views were stunning. Could not have asked for better views. The room had a huge balcony, it had a mini fridge, tea, kettles, all the amenities. It was perfect. I had breakfast with my stay, and the breakfast restaurant looks out at the ocean. There was lots of different choices, their garlic mushrooms was amazing I had it every day. I will miss it so much. Definitely worth booking with breakfast. There was pool and private roof terrace with jacuzzi looking into the ocean. The staff were nice, helped me book a taxi, taxis are very easy to get, bus stop to palma is only 4 mins walk, easy bus there. I loved it I will be back again for sure. It was my first ever solo trip, and I felt so safe as a woman.

Cons:

The stairs and lifts and corridors were bit run down, and there was only thin blankets, under the bed was bit dusty but to be honest, it can get slightly louder at night from other guests, and outside but honestly these are not anything major at all. Despite these it’s an amazing hotel and worth staying here. I loved the hotel regardless.

Perfect views and location
Pros:

Perfect location, staff were all friendly and welcoming. Would recommend the hotel for the facilities and location. Lovely breakfast and very comfy pool loungers.

Enjoyed, but terrace needs cleaning

Cons:

Breakfast could have been better always had to wait for eggs and bacon as none ready. Shame about the vip terrace it wasn’t looked after. There was items of clothing just left which had been there all the time we were there, drink cups left for days and just generally rubbish everywhere The pool area was clean but the terrace could have done with a sweep every night to get rid of days rubbish and socks etc. just don’t seem bothered about the terrace and it’s such a lovely area
