Der Zimmerwechsel mit den damit verbundenen Umräumen und neu organisieren, wir hätten uns auch gewünscht, dass die Koffer ins neue Zimmer gebracht werden

j´ai passe un bon sejour
Pros:

Ma chambre a un acces direct au solarium et dela on peut voir aussi la plage. Le buffet pour le petit dejeuner m´a plu. L´emplacement convenait tout a fait a ce que je cherchais.

Cons:

J´ai sejourne a l´hotel pendant mon jour d´anniversaire et je m´attendais a une petite attention mais malheureusement il n´en a pas eu. C´est ce qui m´a un peu decu.

Relax y lujo frente al mar.
Pros:

La vista desde la terraza del dormitorio. La amplitud del mismo. Desayuno excelente.
Las instalaciones, camastros hodromasajes etc. El personal super amable. Que está a metros de una playa lindisima.

Прекрасне розташування і привітний персонал
Pros:

Чудове місце, щоб зупинитися і закохатися у Мальорку. Персонал був неймовірно корисним і вічливим, вони дійсно прагнули зробити мій відпочинок незабутнім і швидко вирішували мої питання. Дякую.
Сніданки і вечері були різноманітними і смачними, коктейлі в барі якісно зроблені.
Вид з номеру дивовижний, море майже під вікнами. Басейн чистий і комфортний.

Cons:

За вечерею немає жодного напою, навіть води, все це можна замовити за додаткову плату, але для мене це справжній мінус. Я вперше стикнулася з таким, хоча я досвідчена мандрівниця.
Джакузі були з піском, а лежаки й матраци на верхній терасі трохи застарілі.

Fantastische locatie voor een heerlijke vakantie.
Pros:

Het waanzinnige uitzicht en het uitstekende mediterrane eten.

Cons:

Sfeer in bar en restaurant kan warmer door ander kleurgebruik! Het voelt wat kil door teveel blauw en grijs. Ook de led verlichting is ziekenhuis wit. Dat kan eenvoudig veel warmer !

Pros:

I liked the room with access to the terrace. There's plenty of shade, which is great in the summer. I enjoyed the dinners in the restaurant. The atmosphere was very pleasant. An unexpected bonus was a performance by a vocal duo. I'd love to come back again.

Lovely hotel with beautiful views. Great staff and good half board.
Pros:

When we arrived we were greeted by lovely staff and even received a glass of sparkling wine which was a nice treat.
The location was perfect and we loved having a view of the beach.
We had half board and the food was really nice as they had different food options each day.
The pool areas were nice and clean.
When we left they quickly arranged a taxi for us which was super helpful.

Cons:

Unfortunately our aircon broke during the stay but the hotel sent someone out to repair it and was working within a day which was great.

It can be quite noisy from other residents in the hotel and outside but on the plus side when all the doors are closed the it’s quite sound proof. Not perfect but still good.

Lo mejor del hotel es el personal amable y disponible en todo momento, además de su ubicación sobre la playa grande y la vistas de la habitación al mar!

Cons:

El hotel dice que es 4 estrellas pero le falta bastante para llegar a un cuatro estrellas verdadero! Es todo muy viejo y se nota que falta inversión! La limpieza era muy escasa, tuvimos que pedir tres veces que nos limpien de nuevo la habitación!
