Дуже чисто, локація чудова і врадаючим видом на море.
Pros:

Розташування топ - просто над морем, розділяє хіба що піщаний пляж, вид з балкона супер, чистота.

Cons:

Скляні виїздні двері у ванній взагалі не закривалися, що унеможливлює момент конфеденційності .Дещо старенький готель, необхідна реновація, ресепшн справді не привітний, будьте готові ще доплатити місцевий податок на місці (за 6 ночей 33евро).

Beautiful location with lovely large bedrooms
Pros:

Very clean. Beautiful large bedroom with amazing view (level 4). Lovely, friendly staff and ideally located.

Cons:

The pool is rather small but then again not many people were using it during our stay, unlike me! I think a code for access to the beach would be a good idea.

Цей готель - на тверду 5! ⭐️

Він здивував нас ще з першої хвилини. Ми приїхали майже о 23:00, але нас одразу пригостили шампанським і запропонували вечерю 👌 Це було дуже приємно 🥰

Усі номери мають вид на море, вони чисті, просторі, а прибирання проводять щодня. Ми залишали чайові, а у відповідь щоразу знаходили цукерки 🫰🤝 Знову приємно здивували 👌

Вечері а-ля карт - це окрема любов 🥰 Подача, як у мішленівському ресторані, а порції настільки великі, що голодним точно не залишишся.

Персонал дуже привітний. Усі наші прохання вирішували одразу. Екскурсію ми також бронювали на рецепції - дівчата із задоволенням допомогли та все організували.

Розташування готелю - просто топ 👌

Після виселення ми ще цілий день провели на морі та в SPA-зоні готелю. Там є душ, кімната для перевдягання та місце для зберігання речей, що дуже зручно.

Жодного мінуса в цьому готелі я не знайшла 🫶

Це перший готель, до якого я із задоволенням повернулася б знову. 🩶

Pros:

Loved the location right on Son Matias beach. Overlooking some cool bars including one with live acoustic music that you could hear from terrace. The communal terrace was fantastic with lots of sun beds and 2 hot tubs. You have your own private terrace too. Staff friendly and a lovely welcome with a glass of complementary fizz. Breakfast superb. Views beautiful. Will stay again.

Cons:

Bardzo głośno zachowujący się ludzie z Polski, ale to nie wina hotelu tylko kultury osobistej w/w.
Awaria wody spowodowała, że prysznic braliśmy gdzieś w piwnicy, w części przeznaczonej dla personelu.
Jedna winda i kolejki niebotyczne.

Many positives to the hotel but room 412 was a big disappointment. We felt we overpaid for that room.

The property was great. Our room was gross and beat up.

Cons:

Room 412 has floorboards rotting and about to fall off near bathroom, a door that’s been punched or kicked and painted over. The shower area felt old and dirty.

Régies, kissé leharcolt hotel, tökéletes lokációval és kedves személyzettel
Pros:

A hotel elhelyezkedése kiváló, illetve a tengerre nyíló kilátás gyönyörű. A személyzet hozzáállása a vendégekhez is rendben volt, kedves és segítőkészek voltak.

Cons:

Rendkívül elavult, leharcolt hotel benyomását keltette bennünk, amin évek óta nem volt újítás ráköltve. A csúnya, nagyon régi 1990-es évekbeli ajtók, kissé büdös, cigi szagú szobák, foltos fotel a szobába, levert bútorok sarkok, meghúzott fehér fal, bebarnult szegélyek a fürdőszobába, felvizezett tusfürdő és testápoló, nem működő, üres hűtő. Hiába a kábel tv, se a szobába se a hotelbe nem lehetett nézni a világbajnokságot. Mindenért fizetni kell vagy depositot leadni. Parkoló 15€/ nap, egy szűkös parkolóhelyen. A reggeli kielégítő volt. Kissé csalódottan távoztunk. Van viszonyítási alapunk, ennyi pénzt biztos hogy nem ért. Számunkra ez egy 3 csillagos hotel.
