Smaczne i różnorodne śniadanie.
Pomocny i profesjonalny personel na recepcji. Mimo, że wiele miejsc parkingowych było wyłączonych z użytku z powodu prac remontowych zaplanowanych na następny dzień, pracownik wykazał się empatią i życzliwością. Po moim telefonie na recepcję wyszedł przed hotel i wskazał mi miejsce na chodniku, w którym mogłam zaparkować. Duży plus za uważność na potrzeby klienta. Przyznanie 50% rabatu za parking było miłym gestem w przypadku tych niedogodności.
Pokój wymaga odnowienia – zarówno jego stan techniczny, jak i wystrój są już nieco nieadekwatne do obecnych standardów.
Największym minusem był mocno wyczuwalny zapach stęchlizny w pokoju, prawdopodobnie związany z dywanem/wykładziną.
Jak wspomniałam parking był w trakcie remontu, a rano podczas prac przy cięciu kostki brukowej na samochodzie osiadło sporo pyłu. W tej sytuacji uważam, że opłata za parking nie powinna zostać pobrana w ogóle.
