Ella le dijo a la recepcionista que una de las llaves quedara en recepción para que al llegar yo la retirara y pudiera dormir un rato ella dijo que no que yo le golpeara la puerta ... opte por quedarme en el carro al entrar al cuarto a las 3 am el baño estaba lleno de cucarachas no había cucarachas estaba lleno ...

It was a fast stay and the hotel made our trip a whole lot less stressful. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful

Bad roaches 🪳 running all over bathroom area and walls I have videos of it never again disgusting 🤮

Very frustrated with lack of maid service.

Had no maid service for 1st 3 days. Had to ask about it 3 times and then all they did is give us fresh towels. Did not make beds or change linens! There was no full length mirror in room. Was quite dissapointed that there was only indoor pool and no place to relax outside, it is florida
