Wonderful!
Pros:

Excellent buffet breakfast, indoor pool was amazing! Our room was great, even had a large ceiling fan. Staff was awesome!

Anniversary trip
Pros:

Huge room with queen bed and hide-a-bed. Comfortable bed. Hot breakfast bar.

Cons:

As luck would have it, there was a live cockroach on the floor as we entered the room. That was the only downside.

It was a cold night in the room
Pros:

Location was okay.

Cons:

The room HVAC system heater did not work and they could not fix it and they had no other rooms available to move us to. It was a cold night in Fort Myers the night we stayed.

Great people working here
Pros:

Excellent staff. We lost our FOB key and called the hotel a few days later. They found the FOB key and sent it to us immediately.
