لأول مرة أشعر بخيبة أمل من سلسلة فنادق راديسون بلو تجربة سيئة ومخيبة للآمال من راديسون بلو فرع دولة الكويت. إهمال واضح في خدمات الغرفة وعدم توفير أبسط لوازم العناية الشخصية، والأسوأ تجاهل طلبي وعدم الاستجابة إلا بعد تكراره أكثر من ثلاث مرات. مستوى لا يليق باسم الفندق ولا بتصنيفه.
