Great location , helpful stuff , clean hotel
We couldn’t sleep due to weak of noice isolation , kid’s jumping over our room ( higher floor ) and running, also our room had broken water heater which needed to be replaced and will take too long to fix . If if i will book again i will request higher floor and i will check shower water temperature before i accept the room .
Its entertaining
The smell of sewage on the pool and lots of flies inside the room
The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and relaxing. The staff were friendly and welcoming, especially Sakshi at the reception, who was very helpful during my stay. The food was excellent, the early check-in process was smooth, and the overall hospitality was great. I also enjoyed the museums and activities inside the hotel.
The beach was closed during my stay, and I think guests should be informed about that in advance. The swimming pool area was a bit small with limited seating, and the rooftop was also closed. Also, while the museums such as the Marine Museum and Al Hashemi Museum were interesting, there were not enough services or hosting activities around them to enhance the visitor experience.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. I also loved the thoughtful birthday surprise waiting in my room the cake was such a sweet gesture and made my stay extra special. The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and enjoyable.

الموظفين غير ملمين بقوانين الفندق كل موظف يقول رأي غير موظف قال السونا والمساج من ضمن الغرفة ومن غير رسوم و موظف آخر قال ليس من ضمن الغرفة وعليهم رسوم ،، طلبت صحن و ادوات أكل من خدمة الغرف تفاجأت بأنهم برسوم ولديهم أطباق بلاستيك ليس عليهم رسوم ،، طلبت موظف ليأخذ أمتعتي عند الخروج ليس لديهم موظفين متاحين انتظرت لفترة ،، ليس هناك خدمة عند حمامات السباحة من أكل و شرب والمسافة بعيدة ،، لا يوجد قهوة بالغرفة إلا عند الطلب ، موظفة المساج وحده فقط وعندها يوم عطلة وثاني يوم تحججت بأسباب ورفضت عمل المساج وكبيرة بالسن لم استفد من الخدمة
Its such a nice hotel for a staycation, the pools are so fun for the kids and theres also a kids club, the food shack near the pool was delicious. The staff are SO NICE honestly one the nicest staff I've seen in a hotel. Its such a family friendly hotel and everything was nice
