I loved the pool and restaurant and bar.

Cons:

We were charged $56 for our 12lb Maltese. There was absolutely no grass for my dog to go potty. She eventually peed on the rocks. She pooped in the hallway going back to our room. I cleaned it up with my poop bag.

Will probably look elsewhere next time.
Pros:

Loved the water bottle refill stations in with the ice machine!

Cons:

Did not service room and when asked them to after 2 nights they said they had no housekeepers on duty that day.
Have stayed there in the past specifically for good breakfast. It was subpar at best and not enough food for all guests. Also, no milk for cereal.

Cons:

breakfast was difficult. eggs to order didn't really have anything to add to omlettes. years past they had a lot. they used to cook them in front of you now they do in the back, hashbrowns and sauage pattoes? now they only cook a little at a time....I suppose they didn't plan on me wanting to eat more than a few bites. so you have to wait and ask. They want to save money but find a way to do so without me feeling like I am asking too much to just come in and eat.

Pros:

Breakfast included made to order omelets in the bar. It was a little hard to find where to order. There is a happy face box on a table with some slips of paper. Super comfy beds.

Always perfect!
Pros:

We LOVE staying here. It's ALWAYS are half way too Boise. Always clean, always comfortable ALWAYS hot showers!!! The breakfast is crazy good!! Asking with a VERY GOOD continual set up, you can order a fresh made omelet 🙃😛

Excellent stay for a night
Pros:

Clean and well decorated hotel. Rooms were big! The property is under construction and there’s still some quirks that need to be worked out . But we didn’t hear any noise. The restaurant had good food albeit the staff was spread thin causing service delays .

Overpriced, was told they have room service they don't, no exterior doors led to room areas, under construction or ?? The closet was inoperable because the door was blocked by the bathroom door and finally- the doors to the actual room wouldn't fasten or close/lock very easily.

The setup when you enter the front door is odd. Traffic is more directed to the restaurant, you have to walk in a bit and around the corner to get to the check-in desk.

Everything was just right at this hotel!
Pros:

After being on the road for 11 days, we were just looking for a quiet comfortable place to stay. Well, we found it at the Clarion. First, Sheena was so inviting and thorough during check in and explained our room options. even though the hotel is being renovated, she was able to let us know that our room location should be in a quiet section of the hotel and she was right. Then, our room was spacious and comfortable. the sliding barn door into the bathroom was a nice western touch and shadowed the Wyoming scenery. Parking was a breeze, as was the availability of the luggage carts. Sheena told us the hotel had the best free breakfast in town and she was right! The made to order omelets were perfect! And April was so helpful in getting us an extra couple of pillows. Finally, the hotel was close to Walmart and the Applebees where we met a friend for dinner.

Cons:

No negatives.
