I won’t ever stay there again!!!!!

It was very cheaply put together the floor was coming you could turn the water spout in the bath tub in a 360 circle, the lightning is horrible in the bathroom , the plug in the bath tub did not work took 1 hr to fill the bathtub , the sink plug did not push up enough one had to pull the plug up to drain sink , I stayed in the room from 12th-18th , the noise is horrible no insulation! I paid close to $1000.00 to stay and still had to pay $10.0 for a continental breakfast is ridiculous!!!

Felt like a hug
Pros:

Beautiful from the minute you walk in. Coffee bar, multiple lounge areas with well-appointed furnishings. Staff is helpful. Indoor pool is lovely with pool towels provided. Room is spacious and quiet.

Rock springs stop
Pros:

The complete facility was exceptional. From staff, to room, to pool and Nell's service abd experience was grand. Special shout out to Willow at Nell's for dinner! She was very pleasant and bonded with the kids which helped get us through the ordering and hanging out. Thank you Willow, great job! Also, the maintenance guy gave us,a tour to our rooms and helped with the elevator...most excellant!
Breakfast was great...didn't cath the hostesses name but she was awesome navigating various guests and questions.

Can't think of a thing.

Pros:

La chambre était propre et la literie confortable.

Cons:

ATTENTION ARNAQUE! L'hôtel nous a débité après notre départ une somme qui correspond a une deuxième nuit d'hôtel. En plus alors que nous avions les petits déjeuners inclus ils nous ont également débité une somme qui semble correspondre a cela. Nous ne sommes sûrs de rien car l'hôtel malgré nos multiples demandes fait le mort et ne nous transmets aucune facture. L'attitude du personnel et ce double débit ont gâchés nos vacances.

I loved the pool and restaurant and bar.

Cons:

We were charged $56 for our 12lb Maltese. There was absolutely no grass for my dog to go potty. She eventually peed on the rocks. She pooped in the hallway going back to our room. I cleaned it up with my poop bag.

Will probably look elsewhere next time.
Pros:

Loved the water bottle refill stations in with the ice machine!

Cons:

Did not service room and when asked them to after 2 nights they said they had no housekeepers on duty that day.
Have stayed there in the past specifically for good breakfast. It was subpar at best and not enough food for all guests. Also, no milk for cereal.

Cons:

breakfast was difficult. eggs to order didn't really have anything to add to omlettes. years past they had a lot. they used to cook them in front of you now they do in the back, hashbrowns and sauage pattoes? now they only cook a little at a time....I suppose they didn't plan on me wanting to eat more than a few bites. so you have to wait and ask. They want to save money but find a way to do so without me feeling like I am asking too much to just come in and eat.

Pros:

Breakfast included made to order omelets in the bar. It was a little hard to find where to order. There is a happy face box on a table with some slips of paper. Super comfy beds.
