Worth the trouble.
Pros:

Location. Helpful staff.

Cons:

Hard to find. The sign was obscure and nothing about the entry made the location less obscure if we had arrived after 8, it would have been near impossible to figure things out. As it was we had to inquire at cafe Brandi and get help from neighbours.

Cons:

Worst breakfast I have ever had. Bathroom was tiny and barely usable. There was the cap from a syringe left in the room from the previous occupants and a lot of hair.

Y aller pour le prix sans faire attention a la vieillesse du bâtiment

Emplacement est très bien pour celui qui veut pas etre a la plage et pas au centre, dans une zone piétonne à quelque pas de la place. Emplacment stratégique pour les visites

Cons:

comme tout vieux bâtiments, le laisser aller de tout, l odeur d'humidité dans les chambres et les taches de moisis . Le petit déjeuné est basique, trop cher pour ce que c 'est , mieux aller en bas dans la rue dans un café très réputé à 50m

I enjoyed my stay there.
Pros:

I loved the old-time decor. And the bed was comfortable. And there were plenty of restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance.

Cons:

The neighborhood was off-putting, somewhat dirty. But at night, the street came alive and festive with people walking up and down the street, eating at the restaurants or the cafes.

Posizione struttura ottima e strategica, Via Chiaia una garanzia.
Munita di ascensore...anche se una persona in.sedia a rotelle non può accedervi a meno che esista un altro passaggio.
Camera accogliente, pulizia buona, vetri doppi che non guastano.Aria condizionata.
Colazione buona anche con pasticceria fresca locale. Bevande calde da bar.
Personale in accoglienza gentile.

Una posizione strategica vicino a piazza blebiscito e i quartieri spagnoli, comunque ambiente pulito ottima colazione e personale molto cordiale e professionale, se dovessi ritornare a napoli penso di prenotare ancora al chiaja hotel

Pros:

I liked the location of the hotel, it’s in the heart of the city main shopping street, restaurants and etc.

Cons:

The air conditioning was out, not just in our room but throughout the entire hotel. This made for a miserable stay in August. We couldn’t sleep in the heat, and opening the window for airflow just let in constant street noise instead. Between the two, we got almost no rest during our stay.

Staff wasn’t helpful either, they said they couldn’t reach the technician and handed us a fan - which made no difference in the summer heat. It didn’t feel like they were actually trying to solve the problem.
