Pros:

A bad smell constantly came from the sewage and the sink. The surfaces were not just dirty—they were caked with grime. The wood was rotting from water damage, and mold was visible on the tiles. It was noisy in the evenings.

The only advantage is that it’s quite convenient to reach the metro.
