I enjoyed my stay there.
Pros:

I loved the old-time decor. And the bed was comfortable. And there were plenty of restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance.

Cons:

The neighborhood was off-putting, somewhat dirty. But at night, the street came alive and festive with people walking up and down the street, eating at the restaurants or the cafes.

Posizione struttura ottima e strategica, Via Chiaia una garanzia.
Munita di ascensore...anche se una persona in.sedia a rotelle non può accedervi a meno che esista un altro passaggio.
Camera accogliente, pulizia buona, vetri doppi che non guastano.Aria condizionata.
Colazione buona anche con pasticceria fresca locale. Bevande calde da bar.
Personale in accoglienza gentile.

Una posizione strategica vicino a piazza blebiscito e i quartieri spagnoli, comunque ambiente pulito ottima colazione e personale molto cordiale e professionale, se dovessi ritornare a napoli penso di prenotare ancora al chiaja hotel

I liked the location of the hotel, it’s in the heart of the city main shopping street, restaurants and etc.

Cons:

The air conditioning was out, not just in our room but throughout the entire hotel. This made for a miserable stay in August. We couldn’t sleep in the heat, and opening the window for airflow just let in constant street noise instead. Between the two, we got almost no rest during our stay.

Staff wasn’t helpful either, they said they couldn’t reach the technician and handed us a fan - which made no difference in the summer heat. It didn’t feel like they were actually trying to solve the problem.

Posizione, pulizia, camera con balconcino, staff gentilissimo e ottima colazione.

Cons:

Avrei preferito una doccia al posto della vasca e lo stabile, in comune con tante altre proprietà, avrebbe bisogno di essere ristrutturato.

האופי של הלובי

Cons:

המלון נמצא בקומה ראשונה ושניה של בניין מגורים ישן והשילוט מאד לקוי. נכסים דרך שער עץ הנמצאים בחצר פנימית של בניין שנראה מאד מוזנח: ממש מאורת גנבים!! בלילה השער המנעול ונפתח רק דלת פנימית קטנה ( בגובה 1.5 מטר!) מתוך השער. החדר מספיק גדול אבל התקרה הגבוהה (כמעט 4 מטר) נותנת תחושת מחנק.

Atmosphère conviviale. Personnel gentil et disponible. Petit déjeuner copieux incluant aussi de la patisserie traditionnelle napolitaine très bonne! Emplacement géographique excellent. Bon rapport qualité prix. On a passé un séjour agréable dans cet hôtel.

Cons:

Il serait bien de renouveler la climatisation et le frigo, ainsi que de revoir l évacuation de l' eau dans la cabine de douche.

A charming, characterful, and practical place to stay right in the heart of Naples.
Pros:

Great location in the heart of Naples, with lots of charm and personality. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Cool wallpapers. Cordial, the establishment offered grapes at entrance every evening. Highly recommended!

Cons:

Everything was great overall. If I had to mention one area for improvement, I would say the breakfast was rather average.
