La chambre vielle et en mauvaise état, moquette collante vitre salle e usée par le temps, piscine salle, couloir avec une moquette salle e très vielle. La catastrophe pour un prix extrêmement élevé

Disappointed
Pros:

We only had one day to enjoy our visit, so as soon as I made the reservation I requested an earlier check in. We're returning patrons and have always loved the VIP treatment when visiting. There was no appreciation for returning or any effort on an early check in. We literally walked around in the hot sun for hours until the usual 4 pm check in.

Cons:

The jacuzzi was filthy and there were no towels. The carpet in our room was really dirty as well. The police were at the hotel a couple of times during our one night stay on a Wednesday. They don't have onsite security.

Nice simple stay
Pros:

Easy check in and out. Simple rooms

Cons:

Needs cleaning sheets were stained shower floor had stain as well. There was a very foul odor from the drainage in the restroom. And the biggest disappointment was the construction. No mention of this at time of booking or even at check in very inconvenient since I was traveling with toddlers and a baby.

Is an exelent location , near by everything! Staff wonderfull. Is clean , Beautiful view from the room. Very quiet an peaceful, nice pools.

Cons:

To me the room was small , doest have microwave. Beside that , everything is great , at the hotel !!

Soild value, exceptional location but a DEF a value-add

Cons:

I had my keys to a 1988 montero stolen either from the valet stand or on the grounds. They DID not have the proper California lodging laws on display in the room with us why I will be asking for a REFUND.
