Pros:

The view was incredible. That's it. Staff was rude. Room was painted minutes before we entered. Strong wet paint smell and getting white paint on my favorite green hoodie. Valet parking only and lugging all our own luggage down stairs and very steep driveway. Spilling our cooler on the street. Very disappointing on what was supposed to be a very special day for us. We got married earlier that day. We checked in very early hoping to get our room earlier. No luck in fact the opposite. We got checked in closer to 445pm due to one person working front desk.

The location

Cons:

I booked two rooms and was charged a late fee. The front desk knew it was my daughter's birthday and I was in the lobby, not my room, waiting for parents to collect their kids. I called management to ask them to remove it several times and they didn't even have the courtesy to return my call.

Photos of the room online are also misleading... dirty carpet, walls, etc.

La alfombra de las habitaciones ya está un poco desgastada y la decoración en sí se miraba un poco descuidada, el área de la piscina estaba muy descuidada quiero pensar que tal vez por no ser verano, pero las camas eran muy cómodas

Very comfortable next to the water sounds amazing when sleeping also how close to the beach you are.

Cons:

Unfortunately I wasn’t able to connect my console to the provide Wi-Fi which sucks if you wanted to watch your own stream service on the TV.

The view is the best. We have been several times despite some issues because the location can't be beat.
