A thoroughly enjoyable experience!
Pros:

Well located. Unassuming gem located on the third floor of regular building. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast area was lovely.

Cons:

For a three star hotel, I’d say they did a pretty good job all around.

Másodszorra tértünk vissza.
Kiváló helyen van, közel a Spanyol-negyedhez és a kikötőhöz.
Rendkívül tiszta, minden nap takarítanak a szobában, tiszta törülközőt helyeznek ki kérés nélkül.
A reggeli kifogástalan, a személyzet kedves.

Cons:

Nem volt vasaló.
Csak a fejzuhanyt lehetett használni a szobában, a kézi zuhany nem működött.
Az ágy kicsit keskeny volt.

Un acierto en Napoles
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena. El desayuno no está mal y el personal estupendo. Las habitaciones son muy grandes.

Cons:

Es pequeñito, pero esta bien. Esta en una 3° o 5°planta. Dependiendo de la ubicación te puede tocar una habitación con vistas o mirando al muro de una iglesia abandonada. Es Napoles...

2時間ほど早くついたがアーリーチェックインさせていただきありがたかった。受付の方は皆感じがとても良かった。部屋は広く清潔だった。ロビーに自販機あり。朝食もまずまずでした。

Just perfect!
Pros:

We had a truly wonderful stay at this place! Everything was amazing, the central position of the hotel in the heart of the city and close to all the major attractions, the cleanliness of the room was on an extremely high level, many choices for breakfast, including traditional Neapolitan pastries, no noise at all although positioned in the centre, 24/7 reception, baggage drop. We would also like to specifically commend the young lady working on the reception who was extremely courteous and helpful; upon arriving 3 and a half hours before check in, she didn't just take our bags but gave us a room that was already prepared! It was a real pleasure staying at this place and we would most definitely come back in the future!

Minden rendben volt. Kicsit nehéz megtalálni.

Cons:

A leírásban szerepelt kávéfőző a szobában, ez azonban nem volt. Ez hiányzott. Esetleg a vízforraló mellé instant kávét érdemes betenni, vagy egy kapszulás kávéfőzőt.
