Pros:

Poloha ideální, veškeré památky v dochozí vzdálenosti, kousek od metra. Snídaně byly fajn, vajíčka, slanina, párečky, croissanty a mnoho dalších pochutin. Každý den uklizeno, recepce 24/7 a personál neustále k dispozici. Na Velikonoce jsme dostali malou pozornost v podově čokolády a lahvičky prosseca.

Cons:

Odhlučnění pokoje od chodby je mizerné, slyšíte všechny ruchy a neustálý zvonek, což nás v noci i několikrát vzbudilo. Na manželské posteli je jen jedna velká deka, tak jsme se o ni s manželkou trochu prali.

El hotel esta bien ubicado, cerca de todo y el personal es super amable, especialmente la chica de la recepción que fue super amigable. El desayuno esta bien y tiene un poco de todo.

Cons:

Es raro que el ingreso al hotel sea como el de un apartamento o edificio de casas; subes un ascensor y recién en el tercer piso te encontrarás con la recepción del hotel. La primera impresión que uno se lleva no es la ideal. El lugar huele un poco raro, no sé si es por los productos de limpieza que usan o porque todo está hecho de azulejos, pero se siente como que uno duerme en un baño termal más que en una habitación. Siento que la calidad de los productos, sábanas, toallas, etcétera, es muy baja para un hotel; quizás podrían mejorar eso. El lugar está bien ubicado y el personal es muy buena onda, así que igual lo recomiendo si vienen por una estadía corta a Nápoles.

Temiz, merkezi konumda ve çalışanları çok ilgili bir otel. Napoli’ye tekrar gelirsem yine tercih ederim.
Pros:

Kahvaltı gerçekten çok başarılıydı, ürünler taze ve çeşit yeterliydi. Özellikle resepsiyonda Josephine çok güler yüzlüydü ve her konuda yardımcı oldu. Genel olarak tüm otel çalışanları oldukça ilgili ve profesyoneldi. Odalar temiz, düzenli ve konforluydu. Ayrıca otelin konumu çok iyi, merkeze yürüyerek ulaşmak çok kolay.

Cons:

Genel olarak konaklamamızdan memnun kaldık, belirgin bir olumsuzluk yaşamadık.

Pros:

Perfekt läge, nära till många sevärdheter och bra restauranger. Bra kommunikationer till allt annat och gångavstånd till hamnen
Fantastiskt hjälpsam och trevlig personal- allihopa, både reception och i frukostserveringen

Cons:

Ta med öronproppar, det är lyhört både från korridoren och när utryckningsfordon passerar på Via Medina

Pros:

La stanza (vista città) era molto spaziosa, pulita e provvista della maggior parte dei servizi previsti in una stanza di hotel. La posizione della struttura è ottima, a due passi dalle principali attrazioni della città. Il personale è gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

La struttura è alquanto particolare, trattandosi di un condominio. Un accesso decisamente poco accogliente nel caso si voglia passare un soggiorno romantico. L'accesso all' "hotel" e la colazione si effettuano al piano 3 dello stesso condominio. La stanza (al piano 5) era molto fredda a causa di una finestra difettosa. La colazione è stata deludente, data la poca frequenza di ricambio e la non freschezza dei prodotti.

A fantastic base for a short stay in Naples
Pros:

Superb location, very central to everything - metro, supermarket, shops, sites. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good.

WARNING! My sunglasses were stolen by staff. Mistakenly forgot to lock them in my suitcase, then gone.

Cons:

Did not provide the room type I booked but a smaller room. Had to make trouble to get it but only on the day after arrival.
Did not change sheets once over five nights, their policy is every three nights.
Sub par breakfast that you cannot opt out of.
