Pros:

Bon rapport qualité prix vu le lieu (entre le port, la gare et le centre).
Personnel très gentil et prévenant.

Cons:

Assez mauvaise insonorisation juste devant la réception, qui est ouverte vers les chambres : c’est bruyant, on entend les conversations et même le couinement de la porte automatique.
Mais avec des boule Quiès ça passe !

Lovely hotel, I would stay there again.
Pros:

Excellent location, conveniently near the port and Municipio metro station. Helpful staff. The room was spacious and clean; it seemed very recently refurbished and well designed. The layout of the room and the bathroom was very good. Breakfast room is nice, and the selection of foods and coffees for breakfast is good. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Cons:

One could hear guests moving in and out in the hallway, so if you wake up at night at the slightest noise, you might consider earplugs just in case.

Excelente hotel bien ubicado
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación, cerca del puerto para tomar ferry a toda la bella costa italiana. Se puede recorrer el centro histórico Nápoles a pié y todas sus atracciones. Excelente desayuno bufete, variado y delicioso. Cuarto amplio, cómodo y completo.

Cons:

Aunque el personal intento ayudar a arreglar la televisión del cuarto, no funcionó el control remoto.
