Pros:

The location was excellent to all amenities. The staff members were very polite and helpful throughout the stay.

Cons:

I have been thinking hard about what I didn't like and I think the only concern I would say is the room is small for 2 persons. I stayed by myself and it was sufficient for me.

I'd recommend to people who don't need a lot of space!
Pros:

The location was great, a short walk to a very diverse subway station.

Cons:

We were on the 8th floor and there was still quite a lot of noise, but that's to be expected in NYC. The room was also very small, it was a little difficult to store our luggage, but we made it work.

The location was the best. I wouldn't stay there for another occasion

The staff was very nice and helped us when we needed.

Cons:

Our bathroom sink was cracked and the air conditioner was wet. During the night drops of water fell on my luggage

A perfect stay in NYC.
Pros:

The location is amazing. It’s close to the subway and buses as well. It’s right in 5th Avenue so great access to tourist places as well. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant but there are great coffee and breakfast places nearby.
The staff especially John was amaaaazing! Can’t say enough good things about him. He is always helpful and smiling.
