The front desk team was extremely attentive and always willing to assist with any need. The location is also fantastic

The room is extremely compact, leaving barely enough room to unfold a suitcase. The window is small, fully obstructed by a large air-conditioning unit, and lacks double glazing, allowing significant street noise to enter

I like the location and the front desk staff was very friendly.

Cons:

Like any New York Hotel it was extremely small in the room. The AC unit is ancient and does not work that well. The mattress seemed a little soft for me.

Für New Yorker Verhältnisse an eher kleineres Stadthotel, in sehr guter Lage MidTown. Logistik drumherum und Anschluss Metro etc. sehr gut. Das Personal war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Jeden Tag wird Wasser auf dem Zimmer aufgefüllt

Cons:

Die kleinen Doppelzimmer sind wirklich sehr klein und für mich trotz Einzelnutzung zu klein. Glücklicherweise konnte ich das Zimmer tauschen. Auch in dem größeren Doppelzimmer gibt es keine Schränke. Ein Haus für Kurzaufenthalte. Keine klassische Hotellogistik

A parte la blatta, direi buono.
Pros:

La posizione di fronte l’Empire. La struttura si trova sulla Fifth Avenue. Personale gentile, disponibile ed accogliente . La pulizia della camera, il cambio giornaliero degli asciugamani. La bottiglietta d’acqua sempre a disposizione. Il letto matrimoniale molto comodo.

Cons:

Abbiamo trovato una blatta che camminava sulla tenda della doccia. La struttura è un po’ vecchiotta, moquette e mobili sono datati. La mancanza di armadio.
