Pros:

Perfekt läge med gångavstånd till mycket. Hop on hop off buss stannar precis utanför. Trevlig personal.

The location was the best. I wouldn't stay there for another occasion

The staff was very nice and helped us when we needed.

Our bathroom sink was cracked and the air conditioner was wet. During the night drops of water fell on my luggage

A perfect stay in NYC.
Pros:

The location is amazing. It’s close to the subway and buses as well. It’s right in 5th Avenue so great access to tourist places as well. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant but there are great coffee and breakfast places nearby.
The staff especially John was amaaaazing! Can’t say enough good things about him. He is always helpful and smiling.

Great stay!
Pros:

The location was good. It was a little hard to find. The rooms were excellent it was newly remodeled. The hallway was remodeled also. Our room was on the street side so you will hear street noise. I slept like a rock. So it did not bother us. We were a half block from the Empire State Building. The ladies did an excellent job cleaning the rooms. John the check in guy was the best!

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

We loved our stay here!
Pros:

We loved our beautiful, stylish little room with a view of the Empire State Building. The bathroom was also exceptionally clean and stylish. Since all we did was sleep there, we didn't mind a small room at all. Incredible location next to multiple subway stops and right in the middle of everything. We had no issues with noise at all.

Lovely stay, would do definitely stay here again.
Pros:

It was a very centric location with plenty of public transportation around it. The staff was very lovely and made sure to attend to our needs.

Cons:

The signage on the outside could’ve been a little clearer since it’s a narrow building/entrance. Pricing was a little much, but it is NYC at the end of the day.

Eccellente sotto tutti gli aspetti
Pros:

A parte la posizione di per sé eccellente, ho apprezzato la pulizia della stanza, la dotazione del bagno, l'acqua fresca offerta ogni giorno.
Una menzione speciale all'attenzione per il cliente: in una giornata caldissima, mi hanno mandato un messaggio per sapere se avessi bisogno di un ulteriore cambio di asciugamani. Non è da tutti.

Cons:

Nulla da migliorare, forse solo qualche istruzione in più sul funzionamento del condizionatore, ma è davvero una piccola cosa.
