Pros:

Location was perfect, and the room was pretty nice in terms of size for the prize.

Won't come back here again.
Pros:

The staff were really nice, helpful and lovely. I feel bad that everything else was bad because they were so friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The hotel was absolutely not what I expected, which was really surprising because it was rated highly. The rooms were tiny. There was only one elevator for the full building. I could hear all the street noise and woke up to construction, drilling, and garbage trucks. I understand it's New York City, but when I searched how much other hotels around the area cost, they were only slightly more expensive and way better quality, period. This hotel was definitely not worth what it cost.

Pros:

Posizione ottima per camminare sia a piedi che in metro. Camera piccola ma non piccolissima. Ci hanno dato un bollitore e la mattina ci siamo così auto organizzati la colazione. Lasciavano sempre Acqua e snack. Ci tornerei? Probabilmente.

Cons:

New York è una città che non dorme e la stanza un paio di notti è risultata molto rumorosa perché facevano lavori su strada.

Pros:

La posizione, la pulizia e la cordialità del personale, acqua sempre disponibile

Cons:

Essendo in ristrutturazione c’erano sempre lavori in corso e l’ascensore era molto molto lento. Il condizionatore non funzionava correttamente ed occupava molto spazio in camera togliendo la visuale sull’Empire. Deposito di 150 dollari da pagare all’arrivo e che viene restituito solo dopo 10 gg dal check out

I would stay here again, especially for the price paid. Overall I was happy with my stay here.
Pros:

My girlfriend arrived before check-in & was able to drop her bags off. Once the room was ready the staff had already moved her bags into the room for us. Everyone was very friendly.

Cons:

Once I arrived between midnight and 1am I had to wait in the lobby for almost 10 minutes until someone came to the front desk to check me in.
