Lake views are exceptional and the facilities excellent
Nice hotel with good rooms and facilities. Beautiful views from the rooms on the lake side.
We had some nice dinners in the restaurant and the breakfast is good.
The hot water in the shower was a bit tricky to adjust the temperature
We loved the landscape could be seen even from the room. Lago Argentino is beautiful, we loved the clouds, the sunset.
The room was big and cosy, incl. the super comfortable bed.
The restaurant of the hotel represents high quality, BUT YOU MUST reserve table in advance if you want to eat here.
Nevertheless as El Calafete centre is only 10 minutes (max.) by taxi, no tragedy if you miss the reservation.

El desayuno me pareció que le faltaba más elección es , la fruta fresca era escasa, lo mismo que la parte de yoghurt…y que semejante edificio no tenga un jardín!!!

A vista para o lago é surreal de linda, o hotel é muito bonito por dentro. Atendentes educados. Chuveiro com água quente. Ar condicionado no quarto funcionando e muito bom.
A temperatura da piscina é fria. Poderia ter chinelos disponibilizados no quarto. O Café da manhã é bom, mas sem variação entre os dias.

Beautiful views, pool facilities were excellent, staff were attentive. Breakfast has good variety of foods. Room was spacious. Trail run along the coast on the hotel doorstep. Shuttle service into the town provided by the hotel which was handy.
Location is out of town, but manageable with the shuttle bus or rental car. Food in restaurant was on the expensive side - but what we got was nice.

Un hotel de alta calidad con sus espacios muy cómodos, la pileta y el spa hermosos y las habitaciones amplias.
La cama de dos plazas eran dos de una unidas y eso era incómodo, pensé que todas las habitaciones tenían vista al lago y nos tocó una con vista al campo que no había nada.

Excellent location! When the weather is clear, the visibility is beautiful! Very close to downtown, a short cab ride or shuttle ride.
Rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is buffet style and has all the usual selections. Certainly lots to choose from. It is on the hotel pickups for tours & trips.
The view of the lake is exceptional, if you can try to get a room facing the lake.
Our room was enormous, with a very generous en-suite bathroom. Friendly staff. The restaurant was pretty good. We had drinks on the terrace which was great too.
The sound insulation between our room and the room above was extremely problematic. After speaking with the hotel - they managed to speak to the guests above to be less noisy which did help. Perhaps other rooms are better insulated.
