Mould in the bathroom. Dried, curled mouldy mastic around the bath. Broken tiles. Loose tap over the hand basin. Shower drain plugged. Awful food, self service.

All the staff, the pool, the brasserie and general facilities were all excellent. The apartment was clean and had all we needed. There were 3 of us including my 5 year old granddaughter. We had enough space but 4 adults would have been a squash for more than a couple of days. I played the golf course and it was in great condition as well as challenging. I will definitely stay here again. We ended up staying for almost 3 weeks, for family reasons. Extending our stay twice and getting another apartment for my son and his fiance was a breeze. The reception staff really helped us, I know they had to move bookings around to accommodate us. Thank you Karen you are a star. We come to Plymouth quite often as my son lives here. We have stayed in lots of locations around here including other holiday parks. This has been probably the best and I don't give praise if its not deserved. Well done China Fleet

I love all the facilities and the accommodation. Love the new entrance bands. So much easier.
Less choice on the breakfast menu from previously.
The property was clean and it had a nice shower/bathroom facility.
Glass front door window which you could look directly into the bedroom and see the bed, specifically the too end. So if someone wanted to, they could watch you sleep from outside. If the weather is cool you could shut your bedroom door, however on our stay it was a heat wave. Also says its suitable for children , it is not.
Perfect location and excellent facilities. The Aqua Spa was excellent.Short break seeing friends. I would definitely recommend China Fleet and look forward to returning.
A fantastic facility with a great location. The food and drink offering is very good. The staff were all outstanding.
The restaurant is not large enough to accommodate guests visiting the area and golfers who are using the golfing facilities and arrive at the same time for breakfast resulting in the kitchen not able to provide for all guests.
We ended up being charged twice for our stay and it took a week before receiving our money back. Not a good experience overall.

Nothing - loved the stay 100%
Fantastic from start to finish. Lovely welcome in reception despite the exceptional heat we were facing. The room was COOL! The best nights sleep we had in days! The indoor pool was awesome, properly cooled our core temperature for the first time in what felt like forever so the shower after the pool whilst warm was nice! Changing area clean, nice to use spa towels and loved the swimming costume dryer / so many places don’t have these and with kids as well as adult women costumes that take days to dry it was a treat!
Then we had food upstairs and don’t get me wrong, it was warm but the staff were top drawer. Jonno I think was exceptional, a lovely welcome, genuinely interested and boy he must’ve been hot but he didn’t stop! I loved how he was even checking how I wanted my shandy! Great touch. Food was lovely, kids meals and a jacket potato which although in the heat you’d question why… truly hit the spot.
Our apartment was spotless, loved the milk, tea and coffee it was really nice. Fridge was great to put drinks in and to make ice cubes overnight for cooling drinks the next day.
Had a lovely nights sleep and the fan was also awesome.
Next day we had booked breakfast, kids loved the pancake stack and I enjoyed the bagel dish.
Then after check out we were allowed to use the pool one last time, I cannot say how welcome it was to cool us down before our journey. I’d left the worst of the heat in a red zone to travel in the hope it would be cooler and the room would allow for more sleep, it exceeded my expectations. Thank you
It was hot in the brasserie but to be honest it was the hottest June day in record and to be fair they had used as much fan power and air con as they had!

Had a wonderful stay here , we booked a apartment room 36 , was very clean and was better than in pictures , the spa was amazing and very relaxing , reception staff were very helpful , comfortable beds , swilling pool was lovely , we stayed down there for my sons passing out parade it took bout 25 mins to get to Hms Raleigh , I would come and stay here for a weekend , everyone so friendly, can’t wait to come stay again , highly recommend
Clean and very comfortable. Great facilities and the rooms were so quiet and peaceful. Excellent service too!
