Fantastic staff, facilities and place!
Pros:

The staff are very kind and helpful. The food was good and decent size portions! The gym is well equipped as well.

Cons:

Although the Spa was good, it was very busy and its quite small for the amount of people.

Excellent family hotel
Pros:

Stayed for just the one night with our son (13). Plenty of free car parking. Friendly welcome at reception. Room was nice, large living space, kitchen with everything you need, large bedroom and bathroom. Yes the room may be showing its age in places but it was warm, clean, functional and quiet.

Made use of the facilities in the afternoon including the excellent mini golf, pickleball, swimming, spa and table tennis. Ate in the hotel restaurant in the evening. Food was average, nothing special but sensibly priced and the service was good. Drinks were also sensibly priced.

Had a great nights sleep and a friendly goodbye when we checked out. We had a great time and found it to be excellent value for money. Credit to all the staff we encountered - reception, leisure reception, leisure staff, mini golf and restaurant who were all extremely helpful and friendly (and those who were in training were doing a great job!). Will be back.

Everything was wonderful - we’ll absolutely be returning!
Pros:

We had an amazing stay. The spa facilities were excellent, and the large indoor pool with the kids’ water slide was fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our time, despite the pouring rain outside.

Bed on 32 was a bit old certainly and not the best but when we see the price we can accept some little imperfection.

Little gem in the heart of Devon
Pros:

Quite an intimate place with only few rooms, so doesn’t feel that busy and impersonal. The kids loved the pool, the adults loved the spa

Cons:

Only a few activities to choose from, so probably best for a weekend visit.

Excellent Stay
Pros:

Excellent place to stay for a family. Swimming pool was fantastic and lots of activities for everyone. Accommodation was very clean and had everything you need. Would definitely stay again!
