Sporcizia ovunque, soprattutto nelle parti esterne (piscina e giardino)
Colazione scarsissima e di bassa qualità
Odori dovuti a scarsa pulizia
Nel nostro caso non andava nemmeno lo scarico del WC.

Pokój w sypialni jest OK. Stare meble nie są nowoczesne, w kuchni brak czajnika elektrycznego.

Cons:

A śniadanie to samo jak co dzień (jajecznicę i hamburgery, ziemniaki). Nie ma warzyw, jak latem, np. ogórków, pomidorów, sałatek.

A very enjoyable stay with my daughter and grandchildren.
Pros:

I felt it was good for a complimentary breakfast. The ingredients tasted fresh and there were adequate varieties. The coffee could have been a little stronger for my taste's and creamer or flavored creamers would have been nice. All in all, it was a pleasant stay and if it had been available for my return trip I would have stayed again.

Cons:

There were a few nit-picky things I could complain about but the only thing worth mentioning is that the elevator nearest our room was closed due to a malfunction and was awaiting repairs. I would rather walk a longer distance than get stuck in an elevator that was sub-par. It was not a big deal and did not ruin my stay in any way.

AGED BADLY!!
Pros:

HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATION STAY: MONDAY 5/17-5/18
I'm going to be honest. I have a past stay there about 10 yrs ago to compare it to and its really gone downhill and has aged badly. ITS DESPERATELY IN NEED OF A RENO. OUR past stay was rated excellent so you do the comparison. I booked based on past experience, location which is literally minutes from my home, food cleanliness, maintenance etc.

For this stay it was inexpensive so I cannot complain to much but I will be honest.

The elevators are very slow. The hotel needs more
The room needs a huge reno with updated furniture and decor
The cleaning people don't really clean:
Dirty door handles
Dirty sink and garbage disposal. They didn't even fix it when requested.
Nasty jizz looking stain on one of the beds top covers.
Dirty stained pillow not pillow case the actual pillow.

It was only for 2 nights so I wasn't going to be a Karen about it. My family and I will just not be staying here again unless its renovated and you have English speaking and well trained cleaning staff.
Everything else was just ok. The food was disappointing. 10 yrs ago it was amazing. We had to stay for 3 months back then . Couldn't fathom doing it now.

I am very disappointed in Hilton with all the money they have to take care of all their hotels. This review is corporate worthy in my opinion.
- HILTON YOU HAVE A LOT OF COMPETITION AND SHOES TO FILL. GET IT TOGETHER!!!
