The hotel was clean and comfortable. The girl at registration was particularly helpful and kind.
No complains about the property.
The only issue has that I ordered an Old Fashion drink that was only half full and way too strong. I did ask the bar tender about it and was give some water to add to eat and paper cup to take to my room. It still was not good. I threw it down the sink. Since then, I’ve learned from a friend that other states do not make the drink the way the Wisconsin does. It is a supper club special drink here.
Breakfast took a little while, short staffed. However, the server/cook was very nice.
One of the pillows smelled stale.
When I travel to Panama city for business, the garden inn is where I always stay. Rooms are clean and the staff is always welcoming.
We enjoyed everything from checking in to friendly staff to great rooms. They made everything we needed for our event very accommodating.. we will be using Hilton Garden Inn anytime we need a great place to host all our staff and vendors.
The location was great and we in enjoy it.
We didn't have breakfast but we had dinner and it was not all that good. My burger patting was burn and the waitress was not that helpful and I think that she didn't deserve a tip.
Normal
Stayed two nights while visiting a family member in the hospital. On our visits we have primarily stayed at this location. Occasionally it is not available and we have stayed at other hotels. This hotel is by far the best. Comfortable beds, professional staff, clean rooms. I highly recommend this Hilton property. Also the chef did extra duty,ask for Joe. The best most helpful front desk person ever - Kimberly.

The staff was very very nice, and very polite.
The whole hotel is cleaned with a very strong smelling cleaner, probably Fabulosa, which was just so strong my eyes almost watered, and I was also dissapointed in the comfort of the bed. it was very hard, not easy to sleep on.
I enjoyed staying here. The room was nice and the location was convenient. I did miss having breakfast included with the room.

Life saver! Our water was out in our place for a couple of days so we had to find a place to stay and this was it. The staff was extremely helpful and spoke English which helped out tremendously. Restaurant on site so we didn’t have to go anywhere for food or drinks. By the way they gave us drink complimentary drink vouchers during our stay. Big plus.

Finally, I found a hotel that I can give 5 stars to. I am a picky traveler with extremely high standards. Hilton Garden Inn Panama City has exceeded my expectation. The customer service is fantastic! Starting with the front/reception desk workers to housekeeping and restaurant personnel, everyone made sure I was taken care of during my stay.
I definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family!
The staff and the GM were more than accommodating, and more than friendly.
