Hôtel très bien situé en plein centre de la ville de marsala avec parking et voiturier.

The staff was charming and helpfull. Breakfast was good and the room a good size. Bed was on the hard side but many of them are. The room in general and bathroom in particular had a bit of a smell (coming from the dragon/sewer. Would stay here again.

Para llegar un poco complicado siguiendo las indicaciones de Google Maps. El hotel está en el centro. La habitación y el baño muy amplios, muchos amenitis. El desayuno es de pago (6€ creo) y tiene parking de pago.

Wonderful and great value stay in a lovely hotel superbly located in centre of Marsala. Room was quiet and delightful with a private and spacious balcony on the roof. Breakfast room is spacious and decorated with original works of art, and the breakfast itself generous. Staff exceptionally helpful and attentive.

Best Western Hotel Stella goes the extra mile. Set in the center of beautiful Marsala, convenient to restaurants and the sea. Great location for eating shopping and taking in the beautiful sights of Marsala. Staff was attentive to every detail. They were professional, courteous, and friendly. Breakfast has ample choices fit for every taste. Rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. We visited for a 3 night stay and had an amazing time in Marsala. A must.

Great location, great for the kids

Very difficult to get the hotel by car. No air conditioning in public spaces. When arrived, from desk refused to provide rooms. The only reason explanation we have, she the lady at the front desk was looking for a bribe. After we asked for a hotel manager, the rooms became available in minutes

An excellent hotel right in the centre. The valet parking service was a great help. The room was clean and well equipped. The staff were friendly and very keen to offer help. Breakfast had a good range of fresh, quality food. I don’t think you are going to do better than this hotel in the centre of Marsala. Just be prepared for a bit of a drive around the town to find it the first time you arrive.
The only thing I would suggest would be a few little pots of milk to go with the tea in the room.

Front desk staff a little abrupt, little effort put into recommendations for dining etc

Upon check in we were assigned room 203. This room is directly across the small street from a bar/lounge. That is legally allowed to play music, loud until one AM. I attempted to contact hotel staff at 10:30pm via room telephone, no answer. Spoke with staff in the morning and informed then in a round about conversation that they receive numerous complaints from prior quest staying room 203.

Excellent hotel. Everything was perfect.
