Pros:

location is really great, the resort is really near to the city center, and the staff is so nice, they processed the after hour check-in for us and also called to remind us about the item that we left behind.

We had a lovely time in Margaret river explored a lot. And the stay was perfect

Location was good .. room was spacious. Big fridge.

Cons:

We unfortunately had a tree above our roof which dropped debris on our roof. Could be noisy

Pros:

There was a very tatty crazy golf that was falling apart but we had some great games..

It was tired and felt as if it needed getting at. We had a double room and it was quite dark.

Not worth the money.
Pros:

The room was dated, old. Old bathroom. Shower curtain rubs against toilet bowl. Really unhygienic. Did not enjoy our stay.

Greta location, good value for money but nothing amazing
Pros:

Great location, bed linen was amazing and had a smart tv in the room

Cons:

Wifi was abysmal and we had to hotspot for most of the stay if we wanted to watch tv. Bathrooms could really use an update

Adequate!
Pros:

the room was fine. Nothing remarkable. B eds are the best part of it. Cleaners Air freshner far too strong: smelt like disinfectant! Environment is uninspiring!
The only staff we saw over the whole 3 days were the girls who cleaned the rooms.........

Cons:

AS above: the air freshner, environment, overall a tired feeling although the roms have recently been upgraded and are fine anf all function well. PArkign is good and close to rooms without being outside the door! However it is really a motel, not a resort!

Pros:

Onsite parking, clean room

Cons:

New staff member was left on her own on her second night working there, no help at all with dealing with bar, restaurant and kitchen. Not very impressed with management for doing this to her. Then getting excuses from the front desk when I mentioned it.

Cons:

No breakfast. Cafe wasn’t really an option with no cooked food. Dinner at the restaurant was poor with a cesar salad having nothing but leaves and croutons

Cons:

The availability of the cafe & restaurant was rubbish, especially over a public holiday weekend in the height of season. No comms prior to stay to advise they wouldn’t be available.

Cons:

No breakfast on the property. Web sites showed buffet breakfast. The night we arrived, showed a limited menu available at Cafe. By the morning, only coffee and whatever was on display, looked still like it did the day before.
