Adequate from quick stay, but not luxury
Pros:

We booked last minute for Margaret River and the accomodation is adequate, however it lacked personality and the interiors were quite bland. It has recently been refurbished with new ensuites and carpet, however the motel style layout was very noisy at night with people coming and going, closing doors and talking loudly outside our bedroom window which kept us up at night.

Cons:

Noisy at night because of the long motel arrangement of rooms, with people coming and going.
Unfortunately we won't stay here again

Never Again.

There's ample parking and I like the location.

Cons:

The accommodation is severely outdated, with what appear to be 1990s fixtures and fittings, and even an old shower curtain in the bathroom — something you simply don’t expect from a property operating today.
Unfortunately, the biggest issue was the complete lack of guest management. Grande Escapes rented rooms to large groups of men who returned at around 1am and proceeded to shout, run through the property, and behave in a drunken and disruptive manner. It was completely unacceptable and made it impossible to relax or sleep.
To make matters worse, there were no night duty staff available to manage the situation. One intoxicated individual was locked out and began aggressively kicking the door in, and there was no staff presence to intervene or ensure guest safety. It felt unsafe and entirely unprofessional.
Overall, this stay was a very poor experience, and I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone seeking comfort, safety, or a good night’s sleep.

Not really value for money
Pros:

The room was clean and tidy.

Cons:

The shower head was average, water temperature was very sensitive..... very hard to get a comfortable temperature. Not very generous with the Shower gel/shampoo/conditioner.
Extremely noisy....there was a party a few rooms up from us that went to about 3am. The information sheet said if we had any noise complaints to call the duty manager, but there was no phone number on the piece of paper!
Did speak with the receptionist at check out, who said she would pass it on to the manager!
