Nice resort but wouldn’t stay again
Pros:

The room we had was nice, and comfortable beds. Good shower pressure. Kids playground was handy.

Cons:

The resort did not meet what we expected from photos. Although it was nice and we did get an upgraded room, there was lots of construction occurring during our stay that we were not aware of. There were hardly any people staying there as most rooms were being worked on, so we were literally sat at the pool with drilling and banging happening right next to us. We would not have stayed here if we had have known this. Also we booked into the restaurant on the first night. When we arrived there was a conference group of people doing a presentation in the restaurant. We were told to then move into the bar area that had multiple TV’s on and very bright lighting. Not our idea of a nice restaurant-environment! We were disappointed with our stay, if it hadn’t been for a the room upgrade we would have been furious.

Pros:

Excellent value for money, coming from victoria and travelling to work to a tourist town for the price we paid the room was excellent

Cons:

The guest wifi is poor, which is not ideal considering mobile reception is poor. The shower pressure and tempraturw consistency need a bit of worm

Not so grande
Pros:

Bed was comfy and shower was warm

Cons:

Receptionist had no people skills and from my taking a little arrogant - nothing like our previous visit here and interactions with a different staff member, internals of fridge were broken and you could not a bottle up in the door - whole room needed updating as old and tired
And to be honest you should get more for the money they charge you.
