One of our go to hotels in this area. Good sized rooms and bathrooms .
Good location to get around lots of attractions and easy to park.
Really enjoy the views from the property.
Maybe a bit more choice at breakfast.
Lovely hotel with a beautiful view of the bay and Conwy castle. The rooms was fresh, clean and comfortable and use of spa and breakfast included was a bonus.
Views over estuary are amazing. My view was of the car park unfortunately.

There is much grounds to the property and kids pool times are quite restrictive
Staff lovely, location amazing. Roo.s and robes very clean. Spa facilities, swimming pool and saunas, steam room salt room all good.
Couldn't use the pool or wellness areas till 5.15, disappointed as used to be able to use these as soon as you checked in. Because of this new rule it was very busy, not quiet and peaceful like normal.
