Staff are nice, but very overpriced and quite shabby. Would expect much better for £300 a night.

Staff are very nice. Nice pool and everyone very helpful. Great view.

Cons:

room wasn't cleaned very well. All doors are very heavy, and one didn't close at all. Sink blocked and wouldn't drain. Wifi didn't work, so no TV. Couple of mouldy items served to us in downstairs restaurant.

Friendly welcoming - feels like a home from home .
Pros:

Hotel has a really great feel. It has lovely decor and furnishings in all areas. The Staff are so welcoming - huge shout out to Chris part of the restaurant team on Saturday evening 13th June and Amanda at breakfast. Dinner and breakfast was excellent.

Pros:

The location of the hotel was beautiful right at the sea front facing on to the mountains and Conwy castle. The staff were all lovely, very helpful and showed that they were always willing to help with anything. All the hotel facilites were very clean upto date and affordable, the room was a good size with plenty of storage and again very clean my room had a private sitting area facing on to the hotel gardens which was peaceful and beautiful.
The holtel location was close to all main roads and motorways for easy travelling to different locations.
Overall the hotel and its staff was fantastic and i would recommend it to everyone who is visiting North Wales.

Cons:

There was nothing to dislike about the hotel that i can recall.
