Hot, uncomfortable, disappointing
Pros:

The property is beautifully located next to the sea and over looking Conwy castle. Reception is lovely and gives u the woah factor but it's all down hill after that. Young girl who only been working there 2 weeks couldn't fault her she was amazing and good at knowing local area. Lovely touch to the room putting rose petals on the bed as an anniversary. Breakfast was fantastic and staff in restaurant great.

Cons:

We stayed in a standard double room, which was extremely hot, even with 2 windows open constantly an it's April! God help The summer months in that room. Didn't go complain as 11:30pm by the time we returned.
They however did provide a fan for the room which was as loud as a easyJet plane engine, so no chance of sleeping with that on. Outer door when closing sounded like a bomb going off just the wake up call you need when you just drifted off asleep ontop of bedsheet covers coz it was to hot for anything else.
7am couldn't come quick enough, to go try and relax in the spa facilities, as can only use that til 9am so no chance of a lie in but saying that how can you in a room like that. Then to top it off the receptionist male decide to state " oh am so sorry about that, we have never had that raised before about the room heat"
That's why there is an industrial fan in there!
An even your own cleaner has told you about the heat in that room!!! Unbelievable! Don't waste your money on cheapest option sure the extra few quid will give you a nights sleep.

Gutes Hotel, schlechter Service
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut, der Blick aus unserem Zimmer war traumhaft schön.

Cons:

Das Personal in der Bar und im Restaurant waren von überfordert bis lustlos. Es war genügend Personal vorhanden, aber die konnten oder wollten offensichtlich nicht selbstständig arbeiten. Ein Kollege musste die jungen Damen erstmal darauf aufmerksam machen , dass wir bestellen wollten. Die Bedienung am Tisch im Restaurant war noch schlimmer, da hat man erst warten lassen, dann in eine Ecke bei der Küche gesetzt und dann vergessen. Die Bedienungen haben gezielt weg geschaut. Wir wollten einen netten Abend und haben uns stattdessen nur geärgert. Einfach unmöglich.

Lovely place and views. The spa is very refreshing, although a bit small when it gets busy

Lovely staff. Katie and the team were delightful and went above and beyond to be helpful.The location is lovely with a nice 30min walk to the castle. Loved the spa facilities

A great place to stay
Pros:

Excellent hotel. Location is ideal, with fabulous views. All the hotel team are most welcoming and helpful. Food really good. Lovely rooms and really clean. A great place to stay.

Nice hotel just a shame on the spa hours
Pros:

It is advertised as hotel and spa included and on arrival we was told we are unable to use the spa only between small windows in the morning and evening but unavailable all day. We planned a spa relaxing trip for our anniversary and was unable to do so. The small window we were able to use it was crowded and to busy to use the facilities together. We paid a extra £50 to use the spa during the day so we could use the steam room and sauna at the same time which is a shame! When speaking to reception we were told it policy and we needed to pay. We also have prior calls with the hotel who never stated any of this or any emails from booking.Com to state this.

Cons:

Not being able to use the spa when the stay was a lot of money and even paid for a upgrade and was still unable to use the spa during the day.

Amazing
Pros:

Beautifully decorated throughout, stunning views from certain areas of the hotel, mainly the bar and restaurant.
Food outstanding and the staff are very friendly and very attentive.

Cons:

There is a small issue with the sensor light on the wardrobe. I love it when it lights up, but since there are no doors on them, the light comes on when you're in bed if you move.
