Pros:

We had a great stay at The Quay Hotel & Spa. The room was comfortable, the food was lovely & the Spa facilities were good too. Great views & a quiet location.

Definitely recommend visiting this beautiful hotel, where you will be very well looked after

Beautiful hotel overlooking the estuary. Internal fittings have a nautical feel. STaff were really freindly and helpful, and the evening meal amazing.

Cons:

We visited during the heatwave, outside temperatures of 30 degrees plus, so it was a touch warm inside the room. The fan provided helped a bit, but air conditioning would have made a big difference.

Pros:

Excellent location. Beautiful views of harbour from hotel room. Pool and gym were good and well maintained. The room was spacious and very clean and the staff were warm and friendly the food was very good quality.

Breakfast was stunning 😍
Antonio and the other main host were both very accommodating and helpful. Sometimes the other younger staff were a bit slow with the service

Cons:

We stayed in a room with disability access. The bathroom was very dated, and we couldn't use the shower as it was too low on the wall, and you couldn't adjust the shower head, so we used the ones in the spa instead.
Also the fridge was very poor. The water wasn't even cool after being in for hours.

If you’re planning a visit to this area, I would recommend this hotel.
Pros:

The location of the property on the estuary is amazing. The weather was beautiful while we were there and it was a pleasure to sit outdoors. The room is a good size, the bed was comfortable with quality bed linen. The room was spotlessly clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
