宮殿に泊まれる機会はなかなかないので良かった。
Pros:

歴史ある建物で美しかった。古い割に水圧は良いしバスタブもあってゆっくりできた。天井がたかく広々感じた。

Cons:

門からホテル入り口まで徒歩5分かかり、どこへ行くにも時間がかかった。

Pros:

Suite à un échange avec le directeur, celui-ci s'est montré particulièrement à l'écoute. C'est un responsable qui fait tout pour le bien-être du personnel et des clients. Il a vraiment pris en compte mes remarques afin d'améliorer les choses et de faire en sorte que cela ne se reproduise plus.

Toll und sehr schön, aber es ist wohl eine sehr beliebte Event Location mit viel Lärm!
Pros:

Das Hotel, das Zimmer und das Frühstück waren perfekt. Es hätte sehr schön werden können! Die Betonung liegt auf hätte!

Cons:

Jeden Abend bzw. Nacht eine laute Hochzeit im Innenhof war der Horror! An Schlaf war nicht zu denken, trotz geschlossenem Fenster. Die Bitte auf ein Zimmer mit einer anderen Lage wurde abgelehnt. Stattdessen wurde uns ein gratis Getränk an der Bar angeboten, was aber eigentlich lächerlich war! Hätten wir das vorher gewusst, wären wir sicher nicht gekommen. Zudem ich im Vorfeld um ein ruhige Zimmer gebeten habe! Es war eigentlich eine Frechheit!

Traumhafte Location für einen Kurzurlaub in der Lombardei
Pros:

Die Location ist überragend, auch die Junior-Suite richtig stilvoll. Service war gut, Sauberkeit prima.

Cons:

Lage ist verkehrstechnisch gut, aber im Ort Rezzato selbst gibt es nicht viel. Frühstück eher durchschnittliches Angebot.
