Not impressed to say the least.
Pros:

Got there at 1pm they told me check In was 4 so I had to pay a up charge of $40. Advertise for $79 my total bill was $169, so you do the math. The kids were given a snack at check in, but at 8 am when we went for breakfast, they had nothing. Not even creamer for coffee. So they stopped by front desk and asked for a snack cake she told them there was a charge. They came back to the room to get money and she had locked the office so they couldn’t get back in. They do not open the pool until 11, which is conveniently check out time. Room was ok, bathroom was not sanitary. They seem to be finding reasons to upcharge everyone that comes through. (Lakeview room-upcharge, arrive early- upcharge.). Nothing works on the property. I would not recommend .

A great place for families to enjoy a weekend at the pool and lake for the holiday weekends!
Pros:

We booked two rooms, one for our adult son and his girlfriend and one for my husband and I and our younger children. It is an older motel with exterior room entrances, but it nicely renovated and so clean and comfortable! I love the aesthetic of it, it has such a retro vibe! We had a wonderful view from our room on the second floor of the pool and lake. The staff was amazingly accommodating, kind, and helpful. It seems to be family-run and operated and we love that aspect! We truly feel like we have found a hidden gem and rebooked for Labor Day by the second day of this stay for the Fourth of July. I am looking forward to making this sweet little motel a place we come back to as a family to enjoy the lake for years to come. We certainly made many wonderful memories together this trip!

Wonderful Blessing with some possible upgrades needed
Pros:

I Loved the outdoors setup. The dock and pier were great for fishing and relaxing with the family l.

Cons:

The TV and lack of streaming ability. The TV needs to be updated. There were only 2 channels. Also the pool hours. It should be extended to 10 p.m. everyday. If check in is at 3pm and the pool closes at 8 pm that's only a short time to swim. The next day the pool doesn't open until 11 a.m. so basically if you are staying one night you can't even swim before check out the next day.
