Lo único que no estuve de acuerdo con el curtido que me dieron , cuando yo hice la reservación pedir un cuarto para impedido me dieron otro pero pasé mucho trabajo con la persona porque no había los tubos para la parte del toilet y la bañera estaba muy alta para el.la housekeeper no limpiaba cambiaba la basura y recojia la cama pero no limpiaba el piso ni el sink.

I enjoyed 3 nights at Verdanza. It’s an affordable option, easy walk to the beach, restaurants and even a pharmacy. The room was clean and had sufficient space. We enjoyed a 3 night stay and were very pleased.

The hotel was basically a construction site during my stay. There was a leaking ceiling in the lobby, no working elevators, and constant drilling and construction noise. While the property itself was clean, it was far from peaceful or enjoyable. Definitely not ideal for anyone looking for relaxation.

It was a horrible stay. Elevators not in service. Hosted a family reunion in the dining area and other guests had to eat elsewhere. Small hotel would not recommend. Charge $50 resort fees and it looks like you are staying at a motel 6. Bath towels are dingy. Wall unit lopsided; I was afraid of it falling on me. Not enough toilet paper. Called for extra linen and toiletries the house keeping staff literally came in to see if we actually needed it.

Definitely had an awesome stay, the hotel was amazing and the staff as well! Parts of it is under construction but it honestly didn’t affect anything. I didn’t like the additional $225 I had to pay upfront because it wasn’t stated in anything, and then to only get back $84 out of it bc of hidden hotel fees.

The property looks great, rooms are great, check in staff are great and cleaning staff are wonderful. Here is my one observation regarding their employees in the restaurant area, they need more training on how to treat people. They disregard their guests specially when there is more than one person working.

Property needs a business center.
