Great breakfast. Clean rooms. Ideal location. Would come back.
The location is excellent, with unparalleled views of the Loire and the castle on the opposite bank. The staff was prompt, professional, and extremely nice. Wonderful breakfast on the terrace.
In general, I don't like the "corporate" feel. The long corridors and some of the common areas felt corporate to me, and didn't have much character.

Overlooking the Loire River, the hotel is perfectly located for a stay in Saumur. The city centre was literally over the river bridge; there was a river walk next to the hotel and local restaurants aplenty. Our room had a wonderful river view looking up to the impressive floodlit chateau on the opposite bank. The room was well equipped, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The private car park for which we paid a supplement was very close by; the breakfast buffet was superb; staff were attentive and friendly and our two night stay enabled us to tour other areas of the Loire from our Saumur base.

Malgré un prix élevé, et une réservation par votre intermédiaire, on nous imposé une chambre côté rue, sans pouvoir choisir une chambre côté Loire, préférence à un groupe !!!!!!
