Pros:

Die Lage und die Nähe zur Westfalenhalle ist optimal.
Der Service ist sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Wir haben offenbar ein "älteres Zimmer" bekommen und hatten sehr viele Stockflecken in den Fugen im Bad.
Die Fenster waren sehr schmutzig und auf dem Teppich waren Flecken.

Erwartungen leider wieder nicht erfüllt, wegen der guten Lage trotzdem wieder gebucht.
Pros:

Lage des Hotels. Freundliches Personal in der Bar.

Cons:

Obwohl wie beim letzten Aufenthalt an der Rezeption ausdrücklich verlangt, das Zimmer abermals nicht aufgeräumt, d.h. kein neues WC-Papier, volle Mülleimer usw.

Wir kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

Super Lage.Haben ein Konzert in der Westfalenhalle besucht und waren in 3 min da.
Sehr freundliches Personal.Sehr ruhiges Zimmer.
Super leckeres Frühstück.

Cons:

Leider war das Leder am Kopfteil von unserem Bett sehr abgenutzt und hellbraune große Flecken auf dem Teppich. Das finde ich zum Verhältnis des Preises nicht gut.

Schön, aber....
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig.
Das Frühstücksbuffet hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen.
Es gibt im Außenbereich ein paar Sitzmöglichkeiten, die bei schönem Wetter zum Entspannen und Genießen einlädt. (Z.b mit einem Kaffee oder auch einen leckeren Cocktail 🍸)
Die Lage ist sehr zentral und man war innerhalb von ein paar Minuten an der Westfalenhalle und auch in das Zentrum brauchten wir nur ca. 15min.

Cons:

Das Bad war nicht richtig sauber und in einigen Ecken wie z.b an der Dusche/Badewanne waren Schimmelablagerungen. Es sollte definitiv mal eine intensive Grundreinigung gemacht werden und eventuell einige Dinge ausgetauscht werden. Für den Preis erwarte ich 100% tige Sauberkeit.
Die Kissen sollten auch mal ausgetauscht werden ( großflächige Flecken )
Waren wirklich sehr enttäuscht und haben das beim betreten des Hotels nicht erwartet ( Lobby/Außenbereich wirken sehr sauber und einladend)
