Pros:

Eigentlich war das Frühstück sehr variantenreich und so wie ich es auch mir vorgestellt habe. Jedoch hatte ich an beiden Tagen als Mensch mit einer Histaminunverträglichkeit beim Frühstück jeden Morgen Paprikastreifen und Gurken, die teilweise schon eine Schleimschicht gebildet hatten oder an den Schneiderändern angetrocknet waren, was auf altes Gemüse, mindestens vom Vortag oder einer schlechten Lagerung hinweist und bei Menschen mit dieser Problematik Schwierigkeiten bringen kann und die schon geringere Auswahl durch die Unverträglichkeit vieler Lebensmittel weiter einschränkt. Das Bett hatte tolle Matrazen, worüber sich vor allem mein Mann bedankt, der sonst meistens in Hotelbetten schlecht schläft. Das Kopfteil war wahrscheinlich von anderen Gästen schlecht behandelt -zerkratzt/ zerschnitten- worden, was den zufriedenstellenden optischen Ersteindruck bzgl. des Zimmers dann doch nachhaltig beeinflusst, wenn man an das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis denkt. Auch im Bad gab es Spuren von schlechter Behandlung durch gastierende Menschen (Materialveränderungen im Waschbecken und auf der Mamorplatte durch unsachgemäße Ablage der Zigaretten).
Was uns gut gefiel, war der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, der uns freundlich empfangen und besprochen hat, der aber auch mitkam, als wir mit der Anleitung für den Safe nicht zurechtkamen, der uns half. Diese müsste aus unserer Sicht neu geschrieben werden, denn als Handlungsanleitung passt sie nicht zu dem Ablauf, der uns gezeigt wurde, den wir gut und gern übernehmen konnten.
Die Nähe zur Westfalenhalle hatte auch wunderbare Pluspunkte verdient, da wir zur MAYDAY wollten. Und wir fanden es auch ganz toll, dass aufgrund dieser Veranstaltung sehr viele Gäste der Veranstaltung am nächsten Morgen bis 13 Uhr frühstücken konnten. Aus diesen vielen Gründen kommen wir auch gern wieder.

Cons:

Ärgerlich war das der Whirlpool wohl defekt war !
Was aber nicht angemerkt wurde! Es wurde mit dem Whirlpool zwar geworben aber zum Reinfall wurde! No Go!!!
