Sehr gutes Hotel
Pros:

Sehr gut zur Messe gelegenes Hotel mit überwiegend freundlichen Personal. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Cons:

Nur zwei Männer an der Bar sollten an ihrer Freundlichkeit arbeiten.

Wenn man vom Preis des Frühstücks mal absieht war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Sauberes Hotel mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Etwas laut auf den Fluren aber in den Zimmern herrscht "Toten" Stille. Die Vorhänge machen das Zimmer richtig dunkel, da ist ausschlafen kein Problem.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist ok, so wie man es in einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse erwartet. Aber mit 42€ ist es völlig überteuert. Dummerweise haben wir vor dem buchen des Frühstückes im Hotel nicht nach dem Preis gefragt.

Cons:

Le site booking indique qu’il y a un parking privé et c’est une des raisons principales pour lesquelles nous avons réservé dans cet hôtel mais ćest un parking public et ce n’est pas un parking privé. La chambre est disponible à partir de 15h mais en arrivant à 15h30 nous n’avons pas trouvé de parking privé dans tout le quartier car il y avait un match à 18h30. Bilan une amende de 55 euros car nous nous sommes éloignés et garés sur un emplacement mais apparemment ce n’était pas un parking.

das Perfekte Hotel für uns als Aussteller
Pros:

die Lage ist perfekt bezüglich der Nähe zur Messe, alles ist fußläufig
schnell zu erreichen - das Frühstück ist der Hotelkategorie entsprechend

Gute Lage und freundliches Personal
Pros:

In Bezug auf einen früheren Check-In war das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und flexibel. Das Frühstück war gut. Gute Lage, wenn man zu TU Dortmund fährt.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr warm und die Matratze zu weich. Das Zimmer war sauber, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Toller Aufenthalt in Dortmund.
Pros:

Wir waren zum Konzert in der Westpfahlenhalle, dadurch war die Lage des Hotels einfach super.
Frühstück war ganz toll. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage optimal.
Die Bar war hervorragend. Obwohl es schon spät war nach dem Konzert, war es überhaupt kein Problem noch was zu trinken.

Das Personal an der Rezeption und vor allem auch die Reinigungskräfte waren unheimlich freundlich.
Ich mochte die gemütliche Leseecke im Zimmer sehr.
Ich werde bestimmt wieder dort übernachten, wenn ich in der Westfalenhalle bin.

Cons:

Die Lüftung war extrem laut und hat mich lange wach gehalten, bis ich mich halbwegs dran gewöhnt hatte. Am ersten Abend gab es kein heißes Wasser und mir fehlten irgendwie Steckdosen.
Das ist aber ja nur eine sehr subjektive Wahrnehmung und muss andere nicht stören!

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch eine telefonische Auskunft klappte auf Anhieb, Die Nähe zur Westfallenhalle ist bestechend. Eben über eine Fußgängerbrücke und man ist da. Auch die Ausstattung unseres Zimmer war sehr gut. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich!

Cons:

Das Frühstückspersonal war an einigen Stellen sichtlich überfordert. Zwei der drei Kaffeevollautomaten verweigerten ihren Dienst und das Personal konnte nicht abhelfen. Auch lagen die Nerven der Mitarbeiterinnen sichtlich blank.
