Tolles, ruhiges Hotel mit tollem Frühstück – aber miese Parksituation
Pros:

Top Frühstück: Das Frühstücksbuffet war wirklich klasse und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Ein perfekter Start in den Tag!

Ruhiges Hotel: Obwohl das Hotel zentral liegt, ist es im Gebäude und auf den Zimmern angenehm ruhig. Man kann hier wunderbar schlafen und entspannen.

Sauna im Preis enthalten, jedoch keine Bademäntel - auch auf Nachfrage- verfügbar. Schade.

Cons:

Parksituation: Die Parkmöglichkeiten vor Ort sind leider miserabel bis fast nicht zutreffend. In der näheren Umgebung (selbst im Umkreis von 10 Minuten zu Fuß) gibt es kaum freie Parkplätze. Wer direkt beim Hotel parken möchte, muss dafür stolze 20 € pro Nacht zahlen, was ich als ziemlich teuer empfinde.

Fazit: Wer ohne Auto anreist oder bereit ist, die hohen Parkgebühren zu zahlen, findet hier eine tolle Unterkunft. Wegen des Parkplatz-Stresses gibt es allerdings einen Stern Abzug.

Pros:

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hat uns geholfen beim Problem mit dem Zimmer ( Zimmer zur Straße zu laut).

Cons:

Leider mussten wir feststellen das Schimmel im Fensterrahmen ist.
Würde von einer Reinigungskraft halbwegs beseitigt.

Goede uitvalsbasis. Kan wel wat opfrissing gebruiken in de badkamer
Pros:

Heel vriendelijk personeel. Grote kamer die heel proper is. Goed en uitgebreid ontbijt. Dichtbij metro en Westfalenhallen en Messe Dortmund en Signal Iduna stadion. Overdekte parking . Frigo op de kamer.

Cons:

Badkamer is combo bad/ douche dus heel hoge instap./ warm water is heel fluctuerend en da is wel een minpunt. Het is zelfs nog een mengkraan. 20€ voor ondergrondse parking. Dit kan niet gereserveerd worden. Kamer wordt over andere dag gereinigd als je dit niet kenbaar maakt door hangertje( voor 20u te hangen dag vooraf of via receptie)
