Pros:

Gute Lage, fußläufig zur Westfalenhalle. Sehr gutes Frühstück, freundliches Personal. Wir kommen wieder.

Cons:

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln, was allerdings nicht so schön war, dass man zum Duschen in eine Badewanne klettern musste.

Unieke sfeer en toplocatie, maar kameronderhoud blijft achter
Pros:

Fantastisch verblijf voor wie een evenement bezoekt; de ligging is simpelweg onovertroffen doordat je zo de Westfalenhallen binnenloopt. Ook de directe omgeving met diverse restaurants en supermarkten is erg praktisch.
​Bij binnenkomst valt direct de prachtige benedenverdieping op. De lobby en algemene ruimtes hebben een unieke uitstraling door de stijlvolle combinatie van gouden accenten en een industriële look, die mooi verwijst naar het mijnbouwverleden van Dortmund en BVB. Dit zorgt direct voor een warme, luxe sfeer. Tot slot zijn de bedden van uitstekende kwaliteit, wat een goede nachtrust garandeert.

Cons:

Hoewel de bedden fantastisch zijn en de benedenverdieping prachtig is, kampen de slaapkamers met achterstallig onderhoud. Dit is vooral zichtbaar in de badkamer: er missen stukken tegel in de wand en de wasbak is erg gesleten. Dit doet echt afbreuk aan de uitstraling van het hotel.
​Daarnaast ligt het hotel aan een zeer drukke verbindingsweg, waardoor slapen met een open raam door de herrie onmogelijk is. Tot slot is het aanbod op de TV beperkt; voor internationale gasten is het jammer dat er alleen Duitse zenders beschikbaar zijn.

Sehr angenehm war die direkte Nachbarschaft zur Westfalenhalle. Das Hotel liegt einfach perfekt, wenn man in der Halle eine Veranstaltung besucht.
Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich nett und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung des Hotels ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen.

Wir waren beim FlicFlac Zirkus an den Westfalenhallen. Daf0r war das Hotel ok. Das Frühstück hat uns nicht überzeugt. Um 9.00 h war alles schon etwas abgestanden.
