Breakfast was adequate. Liked the hot food. Coffee could have been warmer. We liked all of the hot sauces on the tables!
Really hated the parking fee. It should be part of the nightly cost.
The room was clean and comfortable, and we loved having a full kitchen. It was also great to have coffee, tea, and hot chocolate in the lobby in the evening. The breakfast was very yummy!

Nice Residence Inn conveniently located between Denver and Ft Collins. Friendly staff. Clean. Had everything I needed.
We stayed 2 nights. Nice and comfortable area for family. Great breakfast too. Parking fee is difficult to understand, which can be surprising for guests unaware of the fee. Overall nice staff and quiet area. Very close to hospital too.

The hotel has a great location and wonderful staff going for it. Plenty of food options are nearby.
The hotel itself though clean and pleasant is showing its age greatly. The carpet was coming up in spots, the furniture is old, marked up and wobbly. Probably the thing that drives my review down the most would be the a/c. It worked amazing kept the room at a good temperature, but man at night that think would sounds like a 747 taking off and wake you up every time it kicked on.
If the hotel gets an upgrade which they even admitted was supposed to happen two years ago, we would be back! If not we will try another spot.
Nice, clean and convenient
Front desk staff super! Breakfast every day was superb. Property very nice, clean, well taken care of. Accommodating on every level. Only issue was housekeeping did not do a refresher of our room during our entire visit. Had to go to the front desk to get cleans toweled/washcloths and amenities. Other than that, it was excellent!
They make you pay for parking.
The staff was friendly.
The room amd the bed was okay. The biggest issue was the bathroom. The tiles were all cracked and tje grout looked loose likely from water damage. There was even a soft spot by the tub (look out 236, you may see the tub from above in your bathroom). The bathroom sink was also slow to drain. My husband did not like the tv placement. The room is poorly designed from that perspective. The employees were very nice. Check in and out was easy.
