I thought I had read in your website that it has a pool. That’s a main reason why I booked it. I was very disappointed to find out they don’t have the pool anymore. Don’t you know about it?

Don't buy the breakfast
Pros:

Comfortable room, as expected at this price point. However Don't PAY EXTRA FOR THE BREAKFAST. I booked breakfast, the guy at the counter told us he preferred to work at the Everett location "where they do things right.". He then proceeded to lose my breakfast order, and I ended up missing breakfast altogether even though I paid extra for it.

The property was located near relatives, shopping and good restaurants.

Cons:

Property is misrepresented. Continental breakfast was to be included but had been discontinued due to high price of food. Not even fresh coffee was available. Then I checked my bill and discovered they charged me for parking. Parking and continental breakfast were part of my payment. I called to have parking charges removed.

Pros:

Didn’t love it. All the rooms are joined and we had a screaming child next to us. The fridge in the room was so loud it would wake us out of sleep. Had to switch rooms because after 3 maintenance attempts the ac unit wasn’t working. Not going to lie… very irritated about paying $15 (uh it’s now $20) per night for parking. That’s blatantly screwing people. Overall I wouldn’t stay again but I will end on this… every single person working at the hotel was lovely.

Nice location just off 405 highway. However kitchen and bar were closed on Sat evening which was unfortunate. Limited staff as I called down to front desk and housekeeping to attempt to get wine opener but no one picked up. Rooms were very nice
