Very good staff. Easy to communicate with. Comfortable beds and a clean room. Good food options and a nice market nearby 😀
A little road noise to contend with, very spartan breakfast. Hot water took 5-10 minutes to reach the room. A little far from the main tourist area in the Tumon beach area.

The beds were extremely hard. Had to pay extra for a shuttle to the hotel.

the bed was incredibly hard, not the best sleep i have ever gotten. there was construction on the floor of the elevator, making it a bit hard to get the suitcase in and out of the elevator.

I really appreciated how friendly and helpful the staff was. They greeted me warmly, were patient in addressing my concerns, and went out of their way to assist. It made me feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of.
Overall, my stay was pleasant, but I did notice that the bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly. There were still traces of hair from a previous guest around the sink area, which made it feel less tidy.
