Location was great and staff very helpful

Cons:

The fact that the pool was in maintenance and had to use next doors pool facilities. Was not advised of this when booked 6 months ago. Breakfast was not great either. Was not fresh

Sehr schönes Hotel, gute Ausstattung, sehr gute Lage, Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, leider war der Pool wegen Renovierung geschlossen, war aber kein Problem,das Schwester Hotel war nur 3 Minuten weg und man konnte dort den Pool nutzen,es stand aber auch in der Beschreibung das der Pool geschlossen ist, also kein Problem, dieses Hotel kann man nur empfehlen,gutes Frühstück und ein kostenloser Kaffeeautomat in der Lobby, sehr guter Kaffee,der Pool wird mal sehr schön, alles neu,die Arbeiten waren auch fast abgeschlossen

Good.
Pros:

Perfect locations. Staff are very helpful and polite. The apartment was very spacious and clean.

Cons:

The pool was closed for the renovation but we weren’t being told when we made the reservation. And having to go to the next building to use their pool was an inconvenience.

Almost perfect
Pros:

The apartment was very good and the staff provided extra equipment upon request. The cleaning staff were outstanding.

Cons:

The pool was closed though access was available in the neighbouring hotel. The location was about 1km from Thong Lor BTS which was quite a walk in the heat. There was a shuttle that was quite frequent but tricky to get back from the station.
