Guests who made a reservation under a nonrefundable policy would require the full amount to be prepaid in advance.
The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Guests should be shown the original credit card upon arrival.
A damage deposit of THB 500 per night is required on arrival. And THB 1,000 per night for (2 Bedroom and 3 Bedroom).
This will be collected by credit card or cash. You should be reimbursed at check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Greenery wing (minor building) includes Deluxe City View, Deluxe Pool View, City View Suite, and Pool Access Suite from the 1st to 6th floors.
Scenery wing (main building) includes Deluxe Balcony, One-Bedroom Junior Suite with Balcony, Grand Deluxe Double or Twin Room, Lake View Room, One-Bedroom Suite, Lake View Suite, 1 Bedroom Executive Suite, 1 Bedroom Executive Family Suite for 4 Adults, 2 Bedroom Deluxe, 3 Bedroom Family Suite, Lake View Family Room.
Children aged 0–3 years can stay free of charge.
Children aged 4–11 years can stay free of charge when sharing the same room.
Extra bed and breakfast extra cost as per hotel policy.
Please note that the renovation works will be taking place in the guest rooms of the Scenery Wing from 09:00 to 18:00 hrs., according to the schedule below:
• Floors 21–26: 01 March – 31 July 2026
• Floors 27–30: 15 July – 30 November 2026

I had a wonderful stay at this property and would gladly recommend it to others.
The room was impressively large and spacious, with complete ameneties that made the stay very comfortable. I also appreciated the hotel’s sustainability efforts—items like toothbrushes and slippers are not automatically provided but are readily available ipon request, which is a thoughtful way to reduce waste.
What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. The concierge went above and beyond by assisting us in booking a private car for our tour, which made planning so much easier. The front desk stagf were equally amazing—they even helped us resolve payment issue by assisting with transferring money to our Grab driver, which we deeply appreciated.
Another great perk is the complimentary tuk-tuk service, which is very convenient since the main road is a bit far from the hotel. The breakfast also offered a good selection, providing nice start to each day.
