I really liked the location and the head of security, Tony. He was really nice and welcoming. and he was the only one understanding my situation.

Cons:

If you tip one person in the hotel, you must tip them all or all of them will treat you like you did something wrong. The location was nice. Air condition was good too good actually are too short and dangerous around 1 m are the railing only and I’m staying on the 21st floor.

Amazing central location, friendly helpful staff and will be back.
Pros:

The location is amazing. The breakfast was fabulous. The staff were wonderful, helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious. There is a shuttle bus that operates every 10minutes till 11pm that takes you up and down the soi road to the main road.

Cons:

I liked everything. If I had to be picky, The only thing I would add is that the beds are not soft, but that’s majority of beds across Thailand. It didn’t bother us.

Pros:

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Besonders positiv fanden wir den kostenlosen Shuttlebus, der sehr praktisch war. Das Zimmer war großzügig, sauber und komfortabel. Auch die Mitarbeiter waren jederzeit sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Wir sind schon sehr oft hier gewesen & kommen immer wieder gerne
Pros:

Die zentrale Lage ist einfach super.
Raus aus dem Hotel hat man die Wahl zwischen innen Stadt oder Park. Der Skywalk im Park ist dennoch mit der Stadt verbunden. Perfekt für ein Spaziergang nach dem großen & ausreichenden Frühstück.

Pros:

The staff was very good. Neat and clean.

Cons:

Not much options for vegetarian breakfast. Everyday same Baked beans and toast. Sofa bed was very bad and we had to request roll on bed.

lovely place, good for long term stay.
Pros:

It was super convenient, free shuttle, spa available, gym, pool and in a great location. it is a bit too crowded in sukhumvit for my taste but all in all good area to explore the city.

Cons:

the location was central but this also means taxi and grab gets stuck in traffic picking you up, but it wasnt too bad for me.
