Great hotel but a bit outdated.
Pros:

The Chancellor hotel is a nice place for a short stay. The place is really clean and the staff is helpful.

Cons:

The hotel is a bit outdated. If you like morden hotels with a lot of lightning this isn't the hotel for you.

The rooms were clean and the pool area looked as photographed.

Cons:

The rooms are a bit outdated and should be outfitted with a microwave. The hotel was empty and they were unwilling to accommodate a later check out without exorbitant fees.

La grandeur de la chambre. Le petit réfrigérateur. Le personnel est agréable, souriant et à l'écoute.

Cons:

La piscine n'est pas propre, elle est trouble, on ne voit pas ses pieds lorsque l'on est dans l'eau. Il manque une bouilloire électrique dans la chambre.

Pros:

I have had a pleasure to stay one night in this hotel with my son after a trip from hell when they canceled our flight, this hotel give me vibes of" family hotel " not the luxury hotels we usually go to, however Mr Rajiv has been incredibly helpful and most friendliest person I have met, him and rest of the staff made our stay super comfortable.
Rooms are decent size, pool was cleaned and warm, few steps away you get to beautiful park with botanic garden and zoo,to go to airport took us about 40 minutes

Quiet and peaceful, staff was polite and ready to assist. The place, for the price, was exceptional
