Terrible
Pros:

The staff were nice enough

Cons:

This property was nasty. Their elevator was broken or they just don’t have one so you’d either have to take the stairs or if you were disabled hope there was a bottom level room. The pool was closed for “the levels being off” and we booked for the pool. They had rust and black mold in the room. I made a comment when I found the mold that you could tell there was a moisture issue, then when I work up the floor was wet like it had been mopped and I almost fell. As I was leaving a roach came out of the bathroom. I would stay in Radcliff or Elizabethtown if you could. Do not stay here.

Pros:

Like that, it had a pool for my kids to play

Cons:

Pretty much, the whole experience was very uncomfortable. The facility was not that clean. There was moldy coffee inside of the coffee makers. The bids were broken and sunken in the center.

Pros:

It is the only hotel close to where my grandfather lives.

Cons:

I didnt like that our room wasn't properly cleaned. The coffee pot still had old coffee grounds in it. And then the chair down in the cracks had chip crumbs etc that were not ours. We also had lost power with the storms through the night so it we were hot most the night.

Overall good - I just wish they would have had an elevator.
Pros:

The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. The staff was nice enough.

Cons:

We were on vacation from Florida. We were in a severe car accident the day before our stay. We had to unload everything from my sister's car and some items we needed from my daughter's car into the room so we'd have them after we bought a truck the next day load everything into. We were injured from the accident and there was NO ELEVATOR and we had to carry and walk everything up the stairs.. If we were 20 years old and not injured, it would have been no big deal. Being 56 and hurt from a car accident, that was a big detractor. We were in a pinch and had to make due with what was available in Brandenburg.

Btw - The "Tell us a little more about the aspects you experienced during your stay (optional)" section of the survey doesn't allow clicking any of the icons.

Pros:

Hotel was quiet. Room was OK. Really appreciated that breakfast was open for 4 hours on the weekend.

Cons:

Minor detail: at check-in we were told that key access from the entrance closest to our room was "wonky." Worked ok most of the time but one morning neither I nor another guest could get it to work. If they know there's a problem, why not fix it?
