Sehr gute Lage, braucht aber ein Fresh-Up
Pros:

Die Lage ist einfach super.
Man sollte aber auch die Zimmer zur Flussseite buchen, es lohnt sich.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung der Zimmer und der Bäder könnte mal eine Auffrischung gebrauchen. Es ist doch so langsam alles ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen.

Die Aussicht von der Suite auf 3 Seiten des Hotels war beeindruckend.

Cons:

Beleuchtung in der Suite war unzureichend, der Fernseher war defekt.
Um beides wurde sich auf Nachfrage gekümmert und (notdürftig) behoben.
Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Problem with door bell?
Pros:

Very nice place, clean bed sheets, good breakfast.

Cons:

We came very late and had to ring the door bell, because the doors were already closed. We rang a lot of time and saw people and staff walking inside, but nobody opened the doors until one lady was going to leave the hotel for some fresh air and she let us in. Then the staff showed up quickly. Problem with door bell?
