The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to the Finkenwerder Ferry terminal. The bus runs on Fridays and Saturdays from 21:00 until 00:30.

Tolles Hotel
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt an der Elbe. Je nach dem, wo man ein Zimmer bekommt, kann man den Schiffsverkehr auf der Elbe mit verfolgen. Eine sehr schöne Aussicht übrigens. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Eine große Dusche im Bad und die Ausstattung sind super. Auch die Küche hatte sehr Schmackhaftes anzubieten. Den Servicemitarbeiter ein dickes Lob. Wünsche wurden prompt erfüllt.
Sehr zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Es hätten mehr Beilagen in Form von Reis oder Pommes dabei sein können.

Tolles Hotel, super Service, gern wieder
Pros:

Wir wurden wie immer sehr freundlich empfangen und bekamen ein schönes Zimmer im vierten Stock.
Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Alles funktionierte.
Toller Blick auf die Elbe, diesmal mit Eis das hatten wir so auch noch nicht gesehen.
Das Personal wie immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war Spitze, wir wüssten nicht was noch gefehlt hätte.
Alles da um genüsslich in den Tag zu starten.
Alles frisch und was alle zu werden schien wurde nachgelegt, auch hier alles sauber und ordentlich.
Die Matratzen sind nicht so weich wie zu Hause aber wir haben super geschlafen.
Im Bad alles da Duschgel, Shampoon und Handwaschlotion.
Housekeeping freundlich, Kaffeepads wurden aufgefüllt.
Wir kommen gern wieder.

Cons:

Nichts was uns einfallen würde.
Alles bestens, vielleicht einen größeren Fernseher mit besserer Sender Auswahl.
Aber das ist nur ein Hinweis, nichts was den Aufenthalt mindern würde.
