Nice hotel but not safe anyone can have acess to any floor
Pros:

Breakfast excellent

Cons:

No keycard required to use in the elevator so anybody can go to the rooms but a keycard needed to go to the pools does not make any sense not a safe and secure hotel

Pros:

The room was fabulous and the bed really comfortable. Staff were great as was the buffet breakfast.

Cons:

We couldn't see the fireworks. We were told the pool area would be best but actually the floor above in the lounge would have been ideal.

À mon arrivée je me suis fais mettre de la pression pour le prendre le voiturier. Je ne voulais pas le prendre parce que nous étions en famille et les enfants oubli toujours des petites choses dans l ´auto. Nous l’avons pris que même, j’ai entendu 20 min min la première fois pour avec mon camion. J’ai discuté à la réception le matin de mon départ et ils m’omt qui je j’aurais pas de charge pour le service de Vallet mais j’ai été facturé quand même.

A beautiful hotel in a great setting. With a friendlier service attitude, it would be absolutely perfect.
Pros:

This hotel’s heated pool is truly one of a kind in Quebec. The indoor and outdoor sections are seamlessly connected, allowing you to swim between them without ever leaving the water. There are always plenty of lifeguards on duty, which makes it a great place for families. We’ve stayed here many times, and our kids absolutely love the pool. In fact, we’ve even chosen this hotel specifically so they could enjoy swimming here.

Cons:

The housekeeping staff seemed a little too eager. They knocked on my door at 8:30 a.m. to ask if they could start cleaning the room. I politely declined, but honestly, that felt a bit too early for a vacation. 😂

Outstanding Hotel
Pros:

Superb hotel!!!! Absolutely spotless through out the hotel. Our room had amazing views and amenities! Did I mention spotless? Hotel staff were a step above! Seriously the best spot in Ottawa.
