Very overpriced hotel in the middle of nowhere.
Pros:

Our spacious room had a lovely view of the water. The interior of the hotel, especially the lobby with all the art, is exquisite. The receptionist who checked me in was extremely friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room itself is nothing special, especially considering the price. We had booked a reservation at the adjacent restaurant in the casino, not realizing our 15 year old would not be allowed to eat there, so we were forced to eat at the hotel restaurant, which while again has a beautiful patio view, unfortunately was one of the worst meals we're ever had and cost a fortune. Extremely overpriced '5 star' hotel - more attention should be paid to making the room experience better.

Pros:

Très bel hôtel, petit déjeuner copieux et excellent, accès au casino par l'intérieur ou par l'extérieur, personnel chaleureux. Nous y retournerons mais dans une autre chambre.

Cons:

Les matelas de notre chambre étaient moyens (un genre de lit escamotable et un divan-lit). Nous avions réservé une chambre deluxe avec 2 lits Queen-Size et vue sur Lac mais nous avons été surclassés dans une suite avec bain à remous pour le même prix. Peu importe le lit, nous avions l'impression avoir les pieds plus hauts que la tête.

Nous avons regretté de ne pas demander de séjourner dans la chambre que nous avions initialement choisie.

Emplacement de rêve ! Notre chambre était super confortable.

Exceeded our expectations. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
Pros:

Concierge and valet were helpful and polite.The room was very nice and the view was great! (We had a lake view). I liked the slippers and the robe. The food we ordered to our room was amazing and it was very reasonably priced. The gym was extensive to my standards. I really liked the outdoor pool and the sauna.

Cons:

It would have been nice if the pool was open later than 10. At least on the weekends. I had read somewhere it closed at 11 on Saturdays, but that must have been old.

Très satisfaits du confort de la chambre et des piscines, sauna et tourbillons.
Pros:

Ouvre tôt. Grand choix de jus, fruits, céréales, gaufrier, produits laitiers, viandes froides etc . Pot de café sur la table. Chef sur place pour cuisiner les œufs si désiré. Ambiance calme, chaises confortables.
