Pros:

Chambre et vue sur le lac, les chambres de luxe sont très confortables. Nous avons pris le service aux chambres pour le repas du soir. Très bon service.

Cons:

L’arrivée à 16:00 h. C’est trop tard, ça devrait être 15:00 hres. Et en surplus, l’informatique ne fonctionnait, on a eu la chambre vers 17:30 h,

The room was nice

Cons:

The staff was rude, especially the front desk. Called from my room because the toilet was blocked, nobody answered the phone.
Their computer system was down so I couldn't charge anything to my room, went to buy water, couldn't charge it to my room, breakfast and dinner, couldn't charge to my room. They were rude and unprofessional. Food at restaurant was horrible

HILTON LAC LEAMY - CIGAR SMOKE IN ROOMS
Pros:

The room was filled with cigar smoke because Hilton allows a cigar lounge below the rooms and the terrible smelling second hand smoke drifts up into the room vents and makes it unbearable to breath. If you are not a smoker this is not the hotel for you. We complained but they cannot do anything about it. Bad hotel policy smoking indoors which should be illegal.
