Bel emplacement pour visiter cette ville mais intérieur à améliorer

Emplacement impeccable, petit dej très bien. Bon accueil

Cons:

Toiles d’araignée un peu partout, il manquait 2 serviettes de toilette mais l’AVC était déjà fermé quand on s’en est rendu compte

Nous étions au pied de la cité, à 3 min à pieds c'était vraiment chouette. Et en ouvrant les volets nous voyons les remparts.

Cons:

Nous avons payé 45€ la nuit ce qui est tout à fait résonable mais là chambre n'était vraiment pas très propre, il y avait de la saleté côté cuisine, des poils pubiens dans la salle de bain, le pommeau de douche était défectueux, il y avait des traces de caca au fond des toilettes et la clim fesait un bruit atroce... On nous a proposé un parking privé à 10€ la nuit et on a prit le petit déjeuner à 11€ par personne... Et quel déception... Pas de fruit, le strict minimum, petit pain au chocolat et croissant surgelés, deux confitures, beurre, fromage en boîte plastique indus... Du lait et café de machine solubles... Bref vraiment pas bon.

Dommage car l'endroit a du potentiel...

Llegamos en día festivo, el acceso por carretera estaba cortado, tivimos que dejar el coche a más de 1.5 km e ur andando con las maletas por la carretera y NADIE NOS AVISÓ con anterioridad.

Fint boende, efter att det löste sig med nyckeln.
Pros:

Stor fin lägenhet, med sköna sängar och ett otroligt bra läge! För 10€ extra fick vi stå i parkeringsgarage med relativt rymliga platser!

Cons:

Vår nyckel fungerade inte efter att vi hade anlänt sent (ca 22.20). När jag ringde numret som angavs för nödfall så var det ingen som svarade. Endast en telefonsvarare som hänvisade till samma nummer jag redan hade ringt. Inte förrän jag ringt ca 3 gånger svarade någon som nyss blivit väckt och var ganska otrevlig. Vid det laget var jag väldigt uppstressad och förklarade tydligt att jag gjort exakt vad som angavs på kortet och ändå fungerade det inte. Till slut så förstod personen på andra sidan och berättade var ett annat kort fanns att tillgå. Detta fungerade direkt, och efter detta var vi otroligt nöjda med boendet!

Situé au pied de la citadelle de Carcassonne, hébergement agréable et calme. Le petit déj est convenable mais sans plus car une partie salé serait la bienvenue.
