Nous étions venu dans cet hôtel il y a 15 ans de ça avec nos 2 aînés. Le séjour était très bien.
Nous voulions revenir visiter la cité avec notre petite dernière, mais nous avons trouvé que l'hotel avait autan vielle que nous.
La salle de bain, les joints, la literie plus au top.
En plus de ça nous sommes arrivés à 13h après 4h de routen porte close ! 😒

N'y allez pas pour raison professionnelle : le petit déjeuner est servi tard.
Chambre vétuste : j'ai joué aux électriciens, la VMC m'est tombée sur la tête... quant à la télé, elle marchait par à coup, pratique pour suivre un programme...
Quand on fait des remarques à la réception, la réponse est simple : on s'en fiche, vu notre emplacement nous serons toujours complets. Hallucinant

Un emplacement idéal et un apparthôtel confortable
Pros:

L'emplacement au pied de la cité médiévale et le grand appartement à disposition.

Cons:

Nous avions demandé sur le site Internet un logement en étage et nous avons eu un logement en rez de chaussé.
Je pense que personne ne lit les demandes spécifiques lors de la réservation.

Superbe soirée dans la vieille ville, à redécouvrir.
Pros:

Parking sécurisé à disposition à un prix très abordable par rapport aux parking de la ville. L'emplacement de l’hôtel juste au pied du rempart, il ne reste qu'un petit chemin à prendre et qui monte sur environ 150 m et vous êtes dans la citée.

Cons:

Si j'avais su, j'aurais organisé mon voyage vers l'Espagne, entre restant 2 voir 3 jours à Carcassonne, le temps de découvrir la citadelle.

Great location, adequate room.
Pros:

The location was prefect for exploring the walled city . Less the a 1/4 mile to the entrance. The staff spoke English and were professional. The breakfast was good and had a solid variety. The building was quiet and allowed for good sleep.

Cons:

The my room was "run down" on of the wall outlets was obviously broken. There was clear damage to parts of the ceiling and many chips and cracks in the bathroom cabinets. One of the lights in the bathroom was out.

Zona muy tranquila y al lado mismo de la Cité

Cons:

Los colchones no eran muy gruesos y se notaba especialmente en el sofá cama.
No estaba sucio pero la limpieza era por encima, no estaba limpiado .a fondo.

Emplacement idéal, très proche de la Cité de Carcassonne. Personnel gentil et accueillant. En revanche, je suis déçue par la gestion du petit-déjeuner : il a été payé, mais je ne l’ai finalement pas pris à cause d’un malentendu sur le fonctionnement du service et aucun remboursement n’a été accordé. Une meilleure communication aurait permis d’éviter cette situation.
